La Casa Ocean Grove - beach, bath & coffee

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family, a girls' weekend or a romantic break for two, at this cute two bedroom Ocean Grove home. Situated on a corner block in a quiet neighbourhood, we are located a 5 min stroll from the beach, and a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

Start your day with a cafe-quality coffee with our Breville coffee machine (coffee beans provided), and cook a yummy brekkie in our fully-equipped kitchen.

Relax on the comfy leather sofa in the living room with a glass of wine, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV.

Main bedroom:
King size koala mattress bed

2nd bedroom:
2 single beds

Bathroom with bath and separate shower

Separate toilet so you don’t need to wait while someone is having a shower.

Our guests will have full access to the property except for the garage and one locked cupboard in the house.

We have three large outdoor areas to enjoy on our corner block. One at the front to soak up the morning sun with your freshly made coffee. In the afternoon, catch the rays as you relax in the hammock. For a bit more privacy, retreat to the back to sit in the lounge chairs, read a book or cook up a storm on the bbq.

High chair and portacot provided.

Kids and adult books provided for your reading pleasure.

Please note there currently is no dishwasher at this property. We are looking to add it in soon. Stay tuned.

midweek stay, lots of coffee!

It's a nicely presented house, light and bright and has a nice summery feel. Great coffee machine (Breville Barista) and beans supplied by the host. Nice outdoor BBQ area. Mel (the host) was very responsive to any questions we had. Good location, easy walk to the beach and a short drive to The Dunes (patrolled beach), shops and cafes.

We prefer to experience the local culture, rather than stopping only a couple of days in a place, and heading on to the next location. Meeting the locals is what makes the experience all the more worthwhile! Airbnb is great for this :)

We have had many people stay with us over the last couple of years, and have really enjoyed each and every experience.

What is important about Airbnb is the relationship and communication between the host and the guest. So far we’ve had some great experiences, and hope this continues.

We love that we are in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours, and are less than 10 mins walk to the beach, and 15 into town.
We enjoy spending time in the garden running around with our 3 year old, or cooking a BBQ out the back with some beers.
