Third floor condo in the heart of downtown Asheville. Features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and balcony. You`ll fall in love with this condo, and it will become your frequent place of lodging while in Asheville. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condominium is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment to Airbnb. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

Great Downtown Condo!

We enjoyed our stay! This downtown condo is in a great location, with restaurants, parks, breweries within a short walk, and The Biltmore nearby.

Was a perfect vacation.

Location was ideal for our needs and a balcony to see the amazing fireworks! The place was immaculate but could have used more housewares like dishes, cups, glasses and a vacuum or at least a swiffer! Toiletries like bath soap was sparse for an 8 day booking

Close to everything!

We loved our time in Asheville and found this property to be close to everything we needed. Walking distance to great restaurants and Breweries, we also walked to the River Arts District to take in a concert . We managed a day trip to hike along the Blue Ridge Parkway as well.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at 45 Asheland Avenue! It was in a great location that is walkable to all the breweries, shopping and restaurants. The only thing we would suggest is more kitchen items (wine cork, baking dishes, wine glasses, etc). Highly recommend though!

Birthday Trip

The location of this property was great. So convenient to everything, but we were afraid to take advantage of that and walk many places, bc the property is across from the bus station. Vagrants begged for money while we went in and out of the parking garage. Overall, we were disappointed and uncomfortable.

45 Asheland Ave in Asheville

Beautiful, newly built property with immaculate environment. Proximity to shopping, dining, breweries and more was perfect. Our only constructive feedback is that the location of our unit was directly across from the bus stop and noisier than we prefer, especially at night or early morning. Otherwise, great location and place!

Better than expected

The condo was beautiful and super clean with a convenient location. Cleanliness is top on my list of must-haves when I'm vacationing and this rental exceeded my expectations. Condo has high-end finishes in a comfortable setting just steps from Patton Ave. Bus stop across the street did not bother us (I travel with my white noise machine), but even during the day the condo was very quiet. Will stay again. Love, love, loved

Awesome stay in Asheville

This unit is very nice and clean. My family enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The building is within walking distance of any of the restaurants, shops and breweries downtown but is also close to the highways to get out a bit for hiking and other activities. We never felt unsafe walking around the area. It is across the street from a bus station which has some street noise but nothing that caused us any issue. The management is outstanding and was very responsive. We will definitely seek this unit out when we are back in the Asheville area.

Nice Place

The unit was really nice. Close to everything and easy to find and access. Uber eats delivers to this address :-) The unit is directly across from a bus stop, some people will not like this, but we found it made for excellent people watching. The bus station itself is not loud; it is just a different kind of white noise. We never saw the garage door to be shut, but then we were inside for the night by 8 pm and did not leave until after 10 am each morning it may close during certain times of the night.

Beautiful apartment

I’ve nothing to say about the apartment, it is beautiful with all modern comforts, parking spot perfect and secure, couldn’t hear any noise coming from other apartments. The real big issue was the location, even if just 5 minutes walk to downtown, we felt very insecure walking home. During the day you’re constantly harassed by several homeless people, ok no big deal just tell them to leave you alone. Last night though, around 11pm we have been followed and yelled at by a very scary guy, probably drunk or on drugs, we literally had to run home to avoid contact. ABSOLUTELY DON’T WALK AT NIGHT, get a UBER!!!

Great Location

This property was exactly as promoted. New, clean and close to everything downtown. We felt very safe in this property with the garage code metal door, codes to get into the property, codes for the elevator and codes for the residence. Note here, do not forget your codes or have them written down. The property is literally two blocks to entertainment, breweries, restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the living room furniture is modest at best and not comfortable for movie watching. Everything else was Top shelf for top shelf price. You get what you pay for.

Clean Minimalist Condo Across From Bus Depot

Condo was brand new and very clean and in a fairly convenient location but with several annoying things which must be mentioned. Right across the street from a Bus Station. Like right across the street, hear buses early and late across the street. The homeless problem was gone during our stay, so that wasn’t an issue as expected. Condo doesn’t any light fixtures in the bedrooms, just a reading light. Since the bedrooms don’t have any dressers in them be prepared to live out of your suitcase and fumble around in it in the darkness since the light provided is far from adequate. That was very annoying since we were there for 4 nights. Parking garage was very safe and secure so that was a bonus but getting my SUV out of the tight spaces was a multistep process. If you have a Suburban or an Expedition probably a nonstarter.

Very nice condo, area not great

The condo was clean and nice. My only complaint was that there were a lot of sketchy people milling around the bus depot across the street. I was not comfortable walking my dog alone. If you are in a group it’s probably fine.

Excellent property

The property is super clean and modern and is literally steps away from downtown and all the attractions. The one and only downside is the bus terminal and the amount of homeless in that area but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean—great stay!

We booked a quick getaway Labor Day weekend. The apartment was well furnished and super clean, and the location can’t be beat. We read the reviews and knew there was a homeless population in the vicinity. If you are not comfortable with a few homeless people milling around at times, this is not the best place. We didn’t have any problems, felt safe and never encountered an issue. For us, the location and proximity to everything downtown was well worth any issues we could have encountered. Great stay and would book again!
