Aqua & Marine is a well-appointed one bedroom cottage at Paraparaumu Beach with Spa Therapy treatments available.

A fully equipped kitchen provides a dishdrawer, fridge, convection microwave oven, and induction hob.

The lounge room has comfortable modern seating, with a Smart TV, and free wi-fi is available throughout. Large slider doors open out onto a deck where BBQ facilities are provided.

A tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity and underfloor heating together with a hairdryer, large spa towels, and beach towels.

The cottage has heat-pumps and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom, and double glazing provides winter warmth and coolness in summer.

The bedroom contains a queen size bed, with a slider door providing access to a deck.

This modern furnished cottage is situated down from the main house. Guests have their own entrance via a red door at the side of the cottage with off street parking by the cottage.

Aqua & Marine’s ideal placement enables a short stroll to Paraparaumu Beach Village shops, cafes, restaurants and beach, with the Kapiti Island Ferry, Golf Course and Boat Club a two-minute walk away. A bus stop is across the road which will take you directly to the railway station and Coastlands Mall.

Wonderful stay

Fabulous place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location to walk to shops and beach. We enjoyed cooking a bbq of fresh NZ fish on the deck.

Five stars on great location

Super experience all round. Clean comfortable and modern. Friendly owners. Nice and personable touches like complimentary fruit and nibbles. Loved being so close to the beach and just across the road from a great cafe. Also handy for the weekly Saturday market in town.

Great little place

A cottagey feel in a modern small building. Very handy to Paraparaumu Beach central, but has a secluded feel. Very clean, and tea and coffee appreciated.

Great little hideaway

We loved our stay here! It was central to everything and still really quiet and private. Our host was welcoming and had thought of some wonderful small touches for our weekend away. We definitely recommend a stay here, and we will be back!
