Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a private pool and hot tub, a tiki bar, a ping pong table, an outside shower, extensive outdoor furniture, 2 gas grills, beach supplies, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 vehicles. When you arrive, pull in under the house to unload with ease. Inside the ground floor entry, access to the all-level elevator makes grocery stocking and luggage handling a breeze. Outside, relax in the shade or sun on the spacious pool deck with ample seating. The outdoor entertaining area boasts a 6-person hot tub, a 14' by 30' saltwater pool, and a large entertaining area with picnic tables, a ping pong table, a tiki bar complete with a mini refrigerator, and 2 gas grills. Enjoy the convenience of being oceanfront and the provided beach gear of 6 beach chairs, a Cool Cabana, WheelEEZ cart, body boards, and beach toys. When you return, use the foot wash near the gate or rinse off in the outdoor shower with an adjacent changing area.
Level 1: Entering from the front door, you will find a large front-to-back game room with deck access. An upscale pool table provides entertainment, while the TV lounge area features comfortable seating in front of a 58" TV with a surround sound system and coffee table foosball. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have deck access with large sliding doors offering tranquil ocean views. Bedroom #5 is disability friendly with a roll-in shower and pedestal sink. Top Level: Make your way to the fourth level, where you will find an extravagant great room with large picture windows and a panoramic ocean view. The great room features a large open entertaining area professionally decorated with upscale décor. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement.
