Large 4 bedroom brick home on acreage . Can sleep 9 max people, Two living areas .Fully equipped large modern kitchen , dishwasher . Two bathrooms . Huge entertaining area with bbq. Washing machine and dryer. Sealed driveway perfect for the kids skate boards and scooters, basketball ring. Pets are welcome but not inside the home due to extra cleaning costs . Garages are not available . There is a stair case to access two bedrooms and a bathroom . Owners can provide a gate to block this staircase off if you have small children . Beautiful native garden with lots of kangaroo paws. Free NBN Wifi. Close to town farmlet only 10mins from McDonald’s . Very private rural setting close to town. Plenty of room to park boats away from passing traffic so you can just leave all your fishing gear in the boat overnight . Security cameras on property for extra peace of mind .

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a large property with plenty of privacy, making it perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location is excellent and very close to Portland, which made everything very convenient for us. This house was perfect for our two families, with 6 adults and 3 young kids. It's equipped with everything you need and felt like home the moment we stepped inside. The space is generous, both indoors and out, giving the kids plenty of room to run around. We loved the quiet, secluded farm location exactly what we were looking for and its only 10 minutes drive to the beach and shops. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again whenever we visit Portland.

This is a nice place for a large family with kids. Lot of place for the kids to run around. This house is big enough for 2 families. Big entertainment area. We really enjoyed.

Peace and Serinty!

We had a group of adults staying for a work conference. Ther were four big bedrooms with two separate living spaces and a great outdoor area. And gorgeous cows next door you could view from the bedroom! It is a perfect place, a short distance from town, from which to unwind and enjoy the week.

A great place for families. Plenty of room in an idyllic rural setting. Can I make a suggestion that if a property has security cameras, they should be clearly noted on property description and location(s) identified. This is a great property for family get together. About 10 minutes away from Portland.

The Cavagnino family stay was a large family gathering where we made some exceptions to their booking that we would not normally permit- to enable them all to stay on the property together . Family friendly

Terrific home for the larger family. Great open living area with a bonus second lounge. Good size bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds. Two bathrooms and a huge outdoor undercover area. Ample parking and a lovely outlook over the surrounding countryside.Only a few minutes drive to the town centre and boat harbour. Check in was easy and the hosts were great and only a phone call away. Highly recommended.
