About this property

Part of The Olympians Latchi Beach Villas, a group of 10 exclusive Mediterranean style villas in Latchi, Polis, with a private swimming pool of two or three bedrooms, adjacent to the Latchi Public Beach which has been awarded the Environmental Blue Flag, a European award for beaches, based on cleanliness and safety.
Take the walk path just a few metres from your villa, along the beach for your nearest Beach restaurants and taverns and bars. Shops and supermarkets nearby. A car is recommended but not necessary.

Crystal clear blue waters literally on your door step. Set amongst open fields, boasting uninterrupted sea views. These Mediterranean style villas have been individually painted in bright colours , with surrounding walls assuring added privacy to each villa.

High quality sunbeds, shades and poolside furniture are provided. Wifi of good quality provided free of charge.

Staff available on premises on a daily basis for anything you might need. 24 hours standby for emergencies.

An amazingly relaxing time!

We stayed for 11 days in the lovely villa. We found it very tranquil, the villa had everything you could need and was just as the pictures show inside and out. The maintenance staff were also very lovely. Cannot fault anything really. The beach just moments away was always so peaceful too. Very happy family, thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Zweiter Urlaub in gleicher Unterkunft

Waren im Sommer 2020 bereits in dieser Unterkunft. Haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen. Für mich die perfekte Lage, ruhig, etwas Abseits aber fußläufig sind beide Orte Latsi und Polis super zu erreichen. Gegend etwas abseits des Massentourismus. Bei Anfragen an das Personal wurde uns stets weitergeholfen. Einzige Anmerkung: ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten evtl. ersetzt werden. So waren die Liegen im Poolbereich bereits bei Ankunft rampuniert (Konnten nach Rücksprache durch andere von leerstehenden Unterkünften ersetzt werden). Teilweise waren Mosaikfließen im Pool locker, alles nicht wild, es sollte jedoch in den kommenden Jahren etwas Geld in die Instandhaltung fließen.

The most friendly villa staff I have ever - and a lovely simple villa

Everything was great. We stayed in a “luxury” villas before this one. But this one wins hands down with a traditional charm, walk to the beach and cosy feel to the place. Thank you to Eve and her colleagues for making our stay so enjoyable.
