Be sure to save some time to enjoy all of the great amenities at our beautiful Sports Village Condo. Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Clubhouse, Family pool area, hot tub, lap lanes, basketball and more. All at no extra charge. Outdoor jacuzzis are open year-round. Winter pool closure: December 1, 2025 - February 13, 2026. Holiday clubhouse hours: Thanksgiving Day 8:00am-12:00pm, Christmas Eve 8am-12pm, Christmas Day Closed, New Year’s Eve 8am-5pm, New Year’s Day 9am-10pm.

Newly remodeled bathrooms. Updated granite kitchen. Bright and beautiful. All the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels. Huge deck. Two spacious bedrooms with king beds. Double sinks in both bathrooms.

Free Wifi for all of your devices, including a usb charging outlet next to the kitchen counter. 50" SmartTV in living room, 32" HDTV with Smart bluray player in master. Live channels through Hulu.

Pricing follows the busy and quiet times in St. George. Look through our calendar to find low rates during slow times.

-Tennis courts and pickle ball courts. You can check out rackets at the clubhouse.

This Bnb is adorable. It had everything we needed for our week stay. Very nice bathrooms and towels. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My only complaint is that the sheets are microfiber, and are really beautiful, but I have a hard time sleeping in microfiber- it makes me so hot and sweaty. Other then that a great stay

Perfect for small families

Energetic family of boys! Craig is a Utah native, and Ketra is a transplant from Washington State. We married in 1994, and spent our first 5 years living in the rugged beauty of Idaho. We returned to Utah County in 2000. Our boys are grown and beginning families of their own. We couldn't be happier.

Why they chose this property

We love the outdoors, especially spending time in southern Utah's national parks. We also love all things sports - swimming, running, biking, kayaking, football, and soccer to name a few. After years of traveling to the St. George area to enjoy its natural beauties, and to participate in various sporting and marching band events, we finally took the plunge with this purchase. Sports Village was a natural fit for us and we hope you enjoy your stay!
