Tastefully renovated workers cottage in the cool neighbourhood of Bowden. Perfectly placed on the fringe of the city parklands we are less than 15 mins to everything from the Adelaide Oval to the Airport, 20 mins will see you enjoying gorgeous Henley Beach (all easy access via public transport) and walking distance to Entertainment Centre. This property will suit everyone from business visitors to romantic getaways and family holidays!

Cute & cosy little stay!

My family & I were looking for a place to stay while visiting our brother in Adelaide & I came across this cute little gem! Kathryn’s place is so lovely & comfy! We really enjoyed staying here & its location is really convenient! Thanks again Kathryn for having us! :) Would definitely come again & highly recommend! :)

Long Weekend getaway

Fabulous home with everything you need. Air-conditioners in every room which was necessary with the 40 C degree days in Adelaide. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Katherine was a great host and responded to my messages. Only issue was with the automatic door lock , not sure if it was impacted by the extreme heat, but did not work all of the time .If you have time ,check out Plant 4 in the Bowden for great coffee and food.

Fabulous quiet private two bedroom house. Very comfortable and appealing.

We loved the house itself. Well presented but with a “For Sale “ sign. Unsettling re privacy. The main problem we had was that there was absolutely no documentation eg about operating dishwasher or where the nearest supermarket or restaurant was. We did find a gorgeous coffee shop fairly close and emergency supplies at a garage shop. And eventually found a shopping strip not too far away by car. Also the wireless connection was not secure which is inherently risky. Apart from these frustrations it was a super place to stay Prue and Jack

Short stay with the dog

We found this a lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed, we could bring our dog, and it's charm was a bonus. We could walk to the supermarket, short drive to just about everything else and situated in such a lovely heritage area.
