The Golden Valley Township, Grayson Creek location is nicely landscaped, with a beautiful 1800's style 18 foot tall 20' x 40' tin roofed open enclosure that covers the Airstream and provides a roomy outside covered area for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful creek.

An exterior, rustic tree covered building houses a washer, dryer, with an additional 40 gallon water heater, toilet, sink, single inside shower and a wonderful outside shower for two with both hot and cold water.

The Creekside property has a burn pit, and a stainless steel gas grill … we supply the wood for the burnpit and the propane for the grill. There is also an adjacent parking area for two vehicles

This georgeous 30 foot Airstream Classic Limted is the best there is to offer for an exceptional "Mountain Glamping" experience.

Upon your arrival you will find a fresh loaf of warm homemade bread with real butter and imported jams or jellys. We also provide linens and towels and paper products. All you need to bring, is your clothes, food, toiletries and the desire to kick back, relax and enjoy.

You’ll enjoy finding the luxury foam queen bed freshly made with crisp linens and soft, and fresh towels in the bathrooms. You will also find the heat or air conditioning on and the interior and exterior lights on for your convenience.

Awesome place to stay

Ive stayed at the airstream multiple times now,as its close to some land ive got in golden valley.its always clean,secluded and welcoming.the creek is one of my favorite parts,hearing it tumble over the rocks,and i like sitting in a chair in the middle of it and letting the minnows nibble at my feet,haha😁always a pleasure staying there👍❤️

Picture perfect stream side getaway!

Hosts Bob &Gail were perfect hosts and their property was spotless and as advertised for a relaxing stream side getaway! They have numerous properties to choose from just in case you have a large family or multiple families looking to get away together!

Tranquility at its finest!

Absolutely amazing place! My spouse and I had one of the greatest weekends ever. From the fresh bread and jams upon arrival, to the beautiful outdoor shower (on the creek), every detail was perfect. Bob and Gail are top notch hosts!

We had a wonderful time!

Bob and Gail were wonderful host and informative of the property! They thought of everything. We loved the airstream, creek, outdoor shower, and fire pit! The place is well kept and set up so well! Our dog daisy loved it too! When we arrived fresh bread baking and everything set up! The place is extremely clean! We hope to come back as our trip was too short we needed more time! Beautiful place and lots of thought put into this property. Thank you for providing a great getaway!

Great Anniversary

It was our second time here this time for our Anniversary. The property was perfect, the mountain stream great to wade in. Bob and Gail were perfect hosts love talking with them. We did go to the Defiance Whiskey distillery right in front of the property for a tasting and tour. Other than that we never left the property. Just enjoyed the peace and quiet and nature. We will be back again in the fall for our third visit. Thank you Bob and Gail

Awesome time in airstream!

Second time back! We had a great time staying in Bostic again! The airstream and grounds are wonderful! Bob And Gail’s place is clean and private! They will answer questions if you have any about the area. We went this time 4 wheeling in our jeep in Morganton and it was a great advice by Bob! Gails bread was amazing and smelled so good when you arrive. The place is better than pics! You will enjoy it! We will be back!

We Loved our creek side getaway in the Airstream!

There is so much to love about this rental and glamping experience. The first mention is the smell of warm bread baking. What a nice way to arrive! The second would have to be the sound of the creek. So relaxing. We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and it was a cozy, relaxing and such a unique way to do it. The location is very nice and while you are there you do feel like it is a private location. Bob and Gail really thought of all the ways guests can feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. That was so evident in many of the extras that they include in their airstream and property. We enjoyed drinking coffee and wine in the rockers and watching the leaves fall. This was a fun way to celebrate and simply get away from it all. We enjoyed the extra building with the larger shower and toilet. We would love to return for more R & R in the future. Thanks for a great stay!!

Peaceful Getaway

We were in need of a much needed getaway to unplug and connect with nature and that is exactly what we received. Listening to the creek was mesmerizing and relaxing. We also rented the Airstream to see if we could live that life...we cannot. (not enough space for my hubby). The airstream and the property was very clean and had everything we needed. We were comfortable and would recommend for a short getaway. We bought a hammock because we enjoyed lying in it reading our books rather than sitting. Loved the other structure so you had laundry and a shower for taller guys. It was an amzing experiece that we will never forget. Thank You.

Airstream by the stream.

It was one of the most unusual and wonderful properties that we have ever stayed at. Wonderful Mountain Getaway

Bob and Gail are wonderful hosts! The property and airstream are very well maintained and have everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The property is located alongside a beautiful babbling stream with ample privacy. We would love to keep this place a secret for ourselves, but have already told our friends and family as it is just so lovely. We will return soon!

Retreat by the Creek

This property is a wonderful place to relax and re-energize. The Airstream was beautifully cleaned and the surrounding areas manicured. Our hosts thoughtfully provided firewood for a large firepit adjacent to both the Airstream and a flowing creek. We were able to relax in the evening either under the large protective pavilion housing the Airstream or outside by the fire. There is plenty of room to entertain visitors outside and the 2nd bathroom area with shower was a nice convenience. Based on the description of the property, we initially thought that the Airstream sat by itself on 28 acres. It shares space with 2 other cabins, but the distances between them is multi-acre and privacy is not an issue. We hope to return in the spring to this pet friendly getaway. Well deserved 5 star rating.

Best place to relax

Bar none, this is the best place to kick back and relax. The babbling brook, the shady location, and beautiful Airstream Classic make for a wonderful combination for tranquility and peace. We would come back again.
