Leeward Beach

This property sits in a quiet, safe, residential area. The proximity to the beach made up for the ongoing new construction in this sought after neighborhood. Clean, spacious and comfortable throughout, our hosts checked in on us daily and provided all that we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay, would recommend, and believe that this property would satisfy anyone's requirements for a comfortable stay on this beautiful island.

Great house, great location, great host

The house was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, great screened in porch. In quiet, safe neighborhood, close to everything. We walked to the beach every night. Shawna, our host, was fabulous (as was her husband too). Super responsive and proactive, helping us figure out where to get covid tests before we left for example. I would highly recommend this place.

Periwinkle was great!

Nice quiet neighborhood. short distance to the beach. The cottage was nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels, beach towels and beach equipment. Shawna was a gracious host. She checked on us often. Highly recommend.

Sunset Beach Perfection

Periwinkle is an amazing find. It was clean and comfortable, and Shawna and her husband (the hosts) were fabulous.. The best part of the property is that it is such a short walk to an extremely peaceful beach, with perfect swimming. I would book this property again without hesitation.

Wonderful Hosts!

Perfect location! Private and very nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Their house was very clean, nicely furnished with many extra amenities. Beach chairs and umbrella was a plus! Close to beautiful beaches and spectacular water! Five minute drive to Grace Bay for shopping and great restaurants. Shawna is extremely attentive! As experienced travelers we must say Shawna and Benneth are our favorite hosts. Hope to return!!

Wonderful spot near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Periwinkle! The owners were wonderful and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach! They also supplied a pair of snorkel gear. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home with wonderful hosts!

I cannot recommend this home enough- from the ease of check in, to the great location to the wonderful husband and wife team who made sure we had everything we needed! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care with great dinner and activity recommendations, beach chairs being put out for us and questions answered when needed! The home itself is lovely and a very short walk to the most amazing, local beach and drive to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and things to do. The beds are quite comfortable as well. The property was very clean, though given the tropical nature of the island, we were spraying for ants in the kitchen quite a bit. This seems to be unavoidable no matter where you are as we have seen these same issues throughout other places stayed so it is not unique to here! Regardless, we had a lovely time staying here and will certainly be back to see Shawna and the beautiful beaches here.

Cozy and quiet

Periwinkle is located in one of the best neighborhoods on the island. The ambience is great for relaxing and recharging with easy access to local amenities including the beach, restaurants and shopping. Shawna is a pleasure to work with and is easily accessible to her guests. I would highly recommend this property for small families and for small groups.
