It was a cute little private apartment walking distance to shops, restaurants and the water front. Perfect for a couple. The bed was comfy and there was a nice sitting porch. We only stayed one night and the price was very reasonable.

Great little apartment. The place is well equipped, and the photos represent apartment accurately. Comfortable bed! Great location to walk to the downtown and the lake. Lots of little extras . Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in downtown. A little tough on the rules, but understand we are guests and need to follow the requests of the owners. Just make sure you are aware of the floor levels when going from room to room. Folks that shuffle May stub a toe. Overall a great place for2 to stay and enjoy Burlington. Very easy to get around either walking or driving.

We appreciate the 5 star review, Mark! I'm not sure what you mean by "a little tough on the rules" ? as no one has ever mentioned that before. I think we ask people take off their street shoes and to not park in our long term tenant driveway-only the guest side. If you could give us some more feedback in the VRBO message stream it would be helpful!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We appreciated the welcome snacks and coffee set up. The location was ideal and we could walk to the lake, the market place and around town. Communication was excellent. We had a problem on travel day on our end and Laurie was great working with us to make everything work out for us!
