Brand new construction. 600 square feet of space with top of the line finishes. A converted sound studio now equipped with every amenity you could ask including a fully stocked kitchen with a 4 burner gas stove / oven, full size dishwasher, ductless AC/ HEAT, glass shower and so much more.

With a Trader Joe's within walking distance, you can easily cook for yourself every night if you're looking for yet an extra way to save money.

Walking distance to everything

We love coming here, being our third visit. We can walk to several grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and even an amazing mall (which also hosts an amazing farmers market). Plus, the cottage is clean, quiet, and quaint.

Fantastic Stay!

Great stay in an awesome and very functional place! Perfect for a single or couple. Total bonus that is has a super cool and comfortable outdoor space as well as a washer and dryer in unit. If you like to cook, it is well appointed with all things needed, including a center counter Viking stove. I can’t say enough. Hosts were very quick to respond, courteous, and kind.

I enjoyed my stay at this spot. They had everything I needed, and nothing I didn't. Everytime I thought of something I needed, I checked and it was there. The sign of a good host. Also the friendly neighbor pup who would poke her nose under the fence each day and lick my hands was nice too. Will be back.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. It’s perfect for 2 people, very well appointed, and clean. I can’t think of a thing that we needed. Washer and dryer a definite plus! The queen bed was super comfortable. We especially liked the counter and mirror in bedroom & having it as a second area to get ready in the morning. Andrew, the property owner was quick to respond to our texts. Entry and exit super easy. And driveway parking! We will definitely stay here again.
