Experience Boston from the unique perspective of your own floating home! Nestled in a protected marina in Boston Harbor, our houseboat is fully equipped with all the comforts and amenities of home! The boat is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter. The covered front deck has a table and chairs and the sundeck above has outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi is included in your rental. We are located in the Charlestown Marina. Please note the loft space listed as second bedroom is best suited for children ( although I have had adults sleep up there) because you can not stand up in the space due to a low ceiling.
Accessible via water taxi, car, or taxi. Walk to the USS Constitution, Bunker Hill , TD Garden and the North End. MBTA water shuttle is a short walk. UBER readily available. Parking is available but must be reserved ahead or spaces can be full.
Located in a very secure and gated marina, our houseboat is just minutes away from downtown Bostons' most popular attractions; Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market, the North End, the New England Aquarium, the Children's Museum and the Boston Convention Center. Our convenient location makes it easy for you reach points of interest.
Please note we charge a $59 damage waiver that covers you for accidental damage up to $1500. Homeaway calls this an administrative fee. Rates differ per season. Put your dates in for the accurate quote. Travelling nurses please note. We rent our houseboats from November 1 to March 1 for $1500 per month plus electricity.

We had an amazing stay on this houseboat.. truly one of the most unique and relaxing experiences. It had absolutely everything we needed and more, making it feel like a home away from home. The setting was so quiet and peaceful, which was a perfect escape after busy days exploring Boston.Parking being included for a small fee was a huge bonus (anyone who knows Boston knows how rare that is), and from there it was an easy walk to the T, ferry, and bus, making getting around super convenient.I was a little nervous about staying on the water since I tend to get motion sickness, but I didn’t feel a thing the entire time. Honestly, it was a dream stay.. and we’ll definitely be back!

Great location, very clean, very safe, beautiful view of the city when walking. Definitely would recommend ~
Our girls group enjoyed staying on this house boat. The marina is well situated to visit nearby attractions. Also, we had no trouble scheduling an Uber to pick us up from this location. The marina was safe as entry and exit was accomplished with a key fob. Also, we found the setting to be very peaceful and serene after a busy day in the city.
We had a quick stay in Boston, so this location was perfect for getting onto the freedom trail, and seeing as much of Boston as we could!Communication was great, our greeter was very helpful. The house boat was a unique stay!
Wonderful location that is steps away from the freedom trail, harbor walk, and lots of the best places to visit in Boston—although the house boat is so comfortable you just might find yourself sleeping in and chilling out in the fully air conditioned and sleep inducing interior while door dashing in some tasty local eats (via a 2 minute walk to the closest pickup point).

Great facility if you want something different then your normal hotel room..
We did the freedom trail. The location was great to access the freedom trail. The location was quiet and the experience was fun. First time on a house boat. We would definitely stay there again.
It was easy to be a tourist in Boston staying here, while also retreating away to the boat for some R&R! The other boat residents were so kind and everything was easily accessible from the marina. Highly recommend staying here!
This was such a lovely stay! The boat was very clean. Sherry, the property manager, made us feel welcome and had so much helpful information to offer. This location is very close to the ending of the freedom trail and walkable to so many famous sights. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!
What a fun way to travel! Great little space that was different than staying at a hotel. Walking distance to several locations. Short uber ride to town or walkable (we did both). Sherry was very helpful getting us settled since we arrived late and Deb was very communicative. Make sure to let them know ASAP if your flight gets in after 8pm.
