Host was amazing great communication, was a family friendly place to stay, lots of board games to keep children occupied. Over all stay was great for our family. The property could use updates, the mattresses were not comfortable, the pillows are very worn and should be replaced with new ones, could use a deep clean. Lots of things are in need of replacing and repairs need to be made,
This house is a wonderful and clean place to stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very thorough in her check in and check out process. It was in a very convenient location close to the main strip. We will definitely be back!
Overall, a wonderful little house to stay in with easy access to the parkway and Pigeon Forge/Sevierville attractions and activities. A nice and quiet place to go after a fun filled day.
Overall we had the best stay! The house was just what we needed, our hosts were phenomenal, and the location of the house was perfect. The weather may have been a little scary at times, but overall we had a nice family trip.
Everything was pretty clean except for the carpets and rugs need to be cleaned. Living room furniture is definitely not for older folks. It definitely needs to be replaced. Although the owner did drive all the way from North Carolina to give us some memory foam to help improve the cushions it still didn't work after time ,just kept sinking deeper and deeper. Needs some strong foam that will stay firm. The beds are very nice. The best part about this home is that the owners are absolutely the best ever.
Our family took an opportunity for. Quick trip to the Gatlinburg area. The house was close to everything, super clean, and so nice having 3 bedrooms for my family! We would come back to this property. 8 min away from the Island and Publix.
Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. There was one small thing that I reached out to the owner on and she is very quick to respond and we were able to work it out. Mattresses could use an update but that is very subjective as no bed will sleep like our bed at home. We would definitely stay there again. The gas fireplace was a nice addition to the stay as it was cold there and actually snowed the first night we were there. Great place!
When we were first arriving, Siri was taking us a back way, but we didn't realize this and thought the house was a long way from town. But the following morning we went to get groceries and go for breakfast and found that we were actually quite close to town. We really i enjoyed to decor of the house. The decks for morning coffees. It was a very quiet place which is great after dealing with the traffic in Pigeon Forge. We had easy access from there to get to Smoky Mountains National Park. We had a few questions throughout our stay and they were promptly answered by Tonya. We would definitely recommend for others to stay at this property if they are traveling in this area.
This was our third time to stay here and probably be back next year. No complaints just a suggestion, Add a couple of glass bowls please for gravy etc. thanks
The stay was amazing everything was nearby and convenient. When we had questions the owner would text us back pretty fast. Communication was amazing and locations was great couldn’t go wrong going there.
I knew I liked the general location when booking, but I didn’t realize just how great it would be for us until we got the address. We had a convention at the Le Conte Center and this made the commute so incredibly easy. The owner, Tonya, was incredible and so kind answering my thousand questions and helping out with a new comforter for a bed when needed. There were a few cleanliness things such as a bag of open m&ms in a nightstand and a dirty door handle, but you really can’t fault the owner for that. That is on the cleaning crew. The kitchen is sparse in cookware, but what is there gets the job done. Mattresses and living room furniture are very very soft, so maybe not for you if you like something with firmness to it, but our kids loved the furniture! There was sadness when it came time to leave and requests to book again.
Great semi-secluded location close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!
Excellent location for a home base. Listing was accurate. House was clean. Kitchen had what we needed. King size bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable - seemed to be an older spring mattress that is in need of replacement. Could feel my spouse’s every movement during the night - like we were on a trampoline. Woke up sore and tired. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.
We stayed three days on our way to Orlando. The house was in a perfect location, easy to get to and very close to the Island in Pigeon Forge. We were so happy we didn’t have to drive up a steep mountain road! One of the ladies found her bed to be much too firm but overall it was a cozy home away from home to return to after a day of shopping and eating in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Thank you!
Stayed here before & was able to go back this year for rest and a gospel singing. 4 old folks that played Rook for hours & had plenty of stuff to eat!
