The whole family will delight in this contemporary 3-bedroom, 2-bath with ocean views. Adults will love the spacious great room with its buttery leather sofas, gas fireplace and flat-screen TV with Blu-ray 3-D. The luxurious, fully equipped, granite-topped kitchen is open to the living room and dining area, so no one gets left out of the conversation. There’s more than enough fun to be had in the huge upstairs game room, with a pool table that can be converted to ping-pong with ease. Leather sofas, darts, a bar table, a cabinet full of games, a big-screen TV with Blu-ray 3-D and even mini-foosball disguised as a coffee table will keep kids and grown-ups alike entertained whatever the weather. The game room opens to an ocean-view deck with chairs and side tables for enjoying the sunset. And that’s not all: a gas grill, three bikes, beach chairs, and a poker table and folding chairs are in the garage for your use. A king bedroom suite and a large queen bedroom sit on the main level, along with a bunk room that sleeps 6. You’re a short walk through the Olivia Beach neighborhood and beach access, and a quick drive to the Lincoln City Outlet Mall. Great for families!

Good house for kids/teens/young adults due to bonus room to hang out in and have their own space. The bunk room was tight if it was expected to actually fit 6 people but comfortable nonetheless. Lots of supplies if you are cooking at home. If you are staying more than a few days with multiple people, make sure you have extra toilet paper/paper towels etc. Not convenient for easily accessing the beach…quite hilly, road is a little dangerous to walk it due to no sidewalks. Yard is available but only has the fence in 3 sides…not totally fenced if you have a dog.

Nice place to stay Clean house. Comfy beds. Good parking. Super fun to have pool table & ping pong! Disappointed the bike tires were flat and most of the spokes broke, but not a huge deal!

Perfect house for our vacation

Pros: Several usable spaces to spread out and a big kitchen to cook in. Balcony looks out to ocean, never felt cramped. The upstairs area was a pleasant surprise with pool table, TV, and lots of seating. Cons: Two bathrooms was tough for the amount of people we had and the third bedroom has 4 beds (2 bunks) which was fine for our group, but worth noting as the top two beds are right up against the ceiling. Beach is a drive, a short drive and a nice beach, but there wasn't a beach we could walk to that we found. Overall we would get this house again for a Lincoln City getaway!

Great for families

The home is beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the game room. We were not able to walk to the beach. Not as close as pictures implied. We never found the playground in pictures. I imagined it would be very close, because it was in pictures but there were no directions to it in info book in house, and never found it. Had a fun time.
