1 BD,1.5 Bathroom, Beautiful Condo.

Our cool and comfortable one bedroom condo offers tranquility and relaxation. The pool and hot tub are only steps away. La Vista Azul condo is located centrally in the Turtle Cove area of Providential, Turks and Caicos Islands. The resort has 3.5 acres of lush terrain. The area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, marina, Smiths Reef (which has the honor of being the third largest coral barrier reef), which connects to Grace Bay beach, all within walking distance. Our one bedroom suite (1187 sq. ft.) provides panoramic view of the ocean, along with direct access to the pool area from the patio. Amenities include: Separate bedroom with a Kingsize bed, dresser and TV. En-suite bathroom (with tub and shower) and an additional half bathroom. Full kitchen with all cooking utensils. Washer/dryer including soap and dryer sheets. Pull out couch with topper (queen size). Outdoor covered patio. On-site Gym, located in the downstairs complex area Two swimming pools (one for Adults only and the other for children (heated). A hot tub in the gazebo. Free underground parking and elevator. Snorkeling gear is provided (2 sets). Free WIFI and phone inside the unit. Our place is good for a solo adventurer, business traveler and family wiith small children.

Perfect Condo

Just back from a week at La Vista Azul and stayed in Peter’s condo. It was perfect! Home away from home. Fully equipped with everything you could need and well furnished. We rented a car as we wanted to explore. There was easy access to the parking and always plenty of available spots to park. We can’t wait to return!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

We loved everything about this property! The space was perfect for us and contained special touches that were very appreciated. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and cooler. Would love to stay here again.

Great place! Awesome for families and / or couples.

Loved this unit! Awesome condo- super clean, big, nice patio, and right next to the pool. We brought our 5 month old son and it was the perfect place to stay. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach at Grace Bay. This was our 4th time visiting TCI and we will keep coming back! The owner was super fast to reply, reliable and organized. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Perfect location

This condo has it all. Beautiful water views. Pool and hot tub right outside the balcony door. Updated bath and king master bed. Efficient kitchen and comfy sitting area. Close to easy snorkeling off the beach and a good selection of restaurants. Less crowded than the heart of Grace Bay but with the same amazing beach and clear, turquoise water.

Anniversary trip

Great place to stay fairly close to everything. We rented a car to see all of the beaches on the island. The place provided beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Total delight. Bed was comfy. We had 1 issue with the building alarm going off at 1am. Not sure why it happened it continued off & on for an hour. I’m sure this was a fluke.

COVID Getaway

We had been watching others posting about Turks & Caicos during the pandemic and many said that things were open and it was a great time to go. They were RIGHT ON! Most stores/restaurants/etc were open but some have not made it through this tough time. This rental in La Vista Azul was priced right and the owner/landlord were genuinely interested in ANY and all feedback that we could provide. The hairdryer was not working when my wife went to use it and they immediately went out and got her a brand new one. Short term rentals can be a challenge for the owners to manage along with their other priorities but the owners and property managers for this property are TOP NOTCH! The location is the only thing that could be changed but for the price this is 5 stars ALL THE WAY! We WILL be staying here when we return assuming it is just us. Many thanks to the owner for sharing his property with us during this crazy time. I HIGHLY suggest you book this stat!!!

lovely but no communication

Very very nice. Just what we saw on line. Communication was great until we arrived. The office to check where we needed to be had no clue we were there. We tried to contact them, (owner and a co-worker?) but the 3 numbers we had were all disconnected. Last places I stayed they had a list of requirments we needed to do. Like garbage bins, laundry, where safe was. Now I know all I would love to return. Just would be nice to have some contact in case of an emergency. Glad we new other people so we could answer some of our questions. Recommend it to all, but a check list would of been nice.

Huge condo right by the pool!

It was really spacious, comfortable, clean and inviting. Washing machine, dryer, linens and towels all new and the bedroom was great for separate TV if one of you wanted an early night. Being right by the pool with own stair access was the really good thing about the condo as didn't have to walk around the block! Peter was really helpful with everything and answered everything about TV satellite to pizza takeaway places. Fantastic views of Grace Bay and the ocean, need rental car, but can walk to local beach, so everything was literally a few minutes away if you didn't want to walk. The casino at the Ritz-Carlton was fun a few nights! Highly recommend, super host and will return for another restful, homely lovely holiday. Thank you 5*x

Great location

As advertised, close to the pool and beautiful views. Close to the beach, though i would still drive to save your energy for the snorkeling. Great restaurants within walking distance. Well supplied with towels and beach equipment. Might just recommend bringing your own bar soap and laundry detergent if needed.

Peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. It was nice having the pool right outside the condo. The owner was very quick to respond when we had questions before our stay. Check in and check out was super easy. It was great having the beach chairs to use, the beach was a short drive away. A couple restaurants close by, but would recommend a car if staying here.

This property was perfect for us. The view was amazing and the condo was exactly what we needed. Peter was very responsive and a wonderful host. It was a short walk or drive to the beach. Cant wait to go back!

My wife and I traveled to Turks and Caicos for many years with friends. We loved the area and kept watching for this development to take hold. When the construction started, these condos were very expensive. We kept watching and the market fell and we went down and picked out our unit.

Why they chose this property

As soon as I walked into our condo, I knew this was the one I wanted to purchase. You could have 4 adults staying here and feel very comfortable and roomy. A family of four would enjoy the pool and hot tub right outside our door.

What makes this property unique

The view is unbelievable. We are not on the ocean so if a hurricane came, we felt safe. Now that we have experienced this first hand we are greatfull for how our unit has held up. We were able to rent right after the storm.
