Fleur de Mer Villa Gracebay ( semi-detached) 2 bdrm -2 min drive from the beach!

Exceptional Location!
Sleeps 1-4 guests ( extra for additional guests) . Perfect for a couple vacation , a small group of friends or family.
We are located in the heart of grace Grace Bay , within walking distance to the famous Grace Bay Beach ( around 15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive to the beach and main attractions ( Supermarket, shopping stores & restaurants )
You will be renting your private side of the Villa duplex. You will have your private dining screened porch. The only shared space is the pool deck area , where you will have your own lounging chairs , BBQ and table.
The villa has 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom.
The beds are Queen size , there is AC in each bedroom and 1 in the leaving room. Washer & dryer as well as Dishwasher.
We will provide you with -
Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler .
Security is important for our guest and so our property is fully fenced with entry gate.
We have security camera in front of the house in parking lot area & light sensors detector.

Lovely and peaceful!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Fleur de Mer Villa. The unit had everything we needed and it was cool, comfortable and clean. It's in a safe and very quiet neighborhood and we loved the fact that we could walk to our favorite restaurants (Coco Bistro and Caicos Cafe). Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away and we were able to visit several - with parking never being an issue. I highly recommend this Villa!

Lovely, safe, great location

Stayed here for seven days for a girl's trip. Two moms and two adult daughters. Fluer de mer villa mer was the perfect accommodation for us. We could walk into town or to the beach in about seven minutes. Clean and safe.with everything you need for a great trip! Fay was very sweet!

We were excited to be so close to Grace Bay and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Fay is extremely responsive and was very helpful. The villa is comfortable with a lot of room for two couples.

Great home and location in Grace Bay

We absolutely enjoyed our first trip to TCI and staying at this villa was the perfect location and match for us. Spacious two bedroom/baths accommodated four adults perfectly. Location was perfect to visit restaurants, market, and ferry dock conveniently. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to enjoy meals “at home”. The host was also amazing and very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely return on our next visit.

Fantastic house, fantastic host!

Fay is an incredible host, very personable and easy to talk to! The few questions we had were answered immediately. She truly cares that you enjoy this house and your stay. The house is so convenient to several close parking areas for Grace Bay (3-5 minutes, door to beach). We will stay here again when we go back to TCI.

Josy Villa was great, everything we needed! Fay was helpful and a phone call away if anything came up. Such a sweetheart! Villa was stocked with essentials, and having beach chairs/umbrellas/coolers was an added bonus. Location was perfect. Thank you for renting to us, we will be back.

Perfect location!

Fay was incredibly helpful and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. The unit is located in prime location in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The linens were quite worn and many surfaces weren't clean (even though the cleaner arrived right before our arrival). But otherwise the appliances and wifi were great! Comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Grace Bay!

Very responsive host

Location was close to everything, I’m glad the host recommended a car though(was sub 40$ with insurance per day), it would of been a little to hot to walk as it’s summer time. Host is very responsive and helpful, which is extremely useful when visiting a new place. We look forward to coming back and booking both units with a group of people. It’s a great spot, just far enough away from the noise, but close enough if you want to partake.
