The entry code to the property was suppose to be sent earlier, which wasn’t done. On calling after arrival at the property , the after hours team had trouble locating our booking & it took good 15 minutes before the code was provided & we could get in. Horrible check in experience.

Hello Ganes, sorry you had this experience. We do send the check in code via SMS on the day of your arrival, once we've processed your security deposit, for you to let yourself into the booked accommdation, along with directions on how to locate the keysafe. We hope you found the accommodation suitable for your stay, and were comfortable. Regards, Valley Ranges Getaways.

Nice stay

Comfortable and well appointed apartment in heart of Olinda. Water pressure could be stronger in shower plus there was a weird musty smell in bathroom 1 (perhaps from heated floor tiles).

Great stay in Olinda

Great little apartment right in the centre of Olinda and so close to many other small towns. Family friendly. Help from the manager readily available when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. Will definitely stay again.

Great position.

Great position in a great little town. Very modern. Warm! Just a few little things could be improved. We did not have any hand soap and had to fill containers our selves. Also no tissues or toilet brush!
Response from VrboOwner on 24 Mar 2020
Thank you for your review and we are pleased you enjoyed your stay in the Olinda Apartment. Our housekeeper, Michele, did bring over the soap to fill the containers. We will need to check with housekeeping about the other issue raised as we normally have 3 toilet rolls under the sink in each of the 2 bathrooms, so that is bad and we apologise. Sorry, your comment was about a toilet brush, so that will be checked as there is usually one in each of the 2 bathrooms, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope you will choose to come again, Warm wishes, Peta
