Nice house close to everything! Beach, shopping, outlets, Florida Gulf Coast University, SW Florida International Airport. Private screened porch. Cable flat screen TVs in master bedroom and living room with streaming and live TV stations. King bed has a nice memory foam mattress and fold out couch has a memory foam mattress top also! Plenty of parking. A/C and heat. Near Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach. Near Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Community pool nearby!

Great location. Easy to communicate with the host. The biggest downside for us was that the kitchen is a bit lacking, especially in the pots and pans department.

Good family location

We stayed at this location for a sibling reunion in late March. The location is in a pleasant residential neighborhood and the house was clean and neat. The only problem was that the hot tub needed cleaned and we did not use it. It was a good location for us to be together and go on local trips for sightseeing. However there is nothing nearby so plan on driving around for everything.

We had a chaotic start to our vacation and the host was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating at last minute. This house has a lot of pros….The bedding was clean and the pillows were new and so comfortable! The screened in porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the evenings. Provided bath soaps were also convenient. I overall love this house and it is perfect for what we would need in future visits too, however it could use some really easy improvements.For starters, it really needs a ceiling to floor wipe down - Walls, doors, handles, switches, kitchen cabinets, baseboards…all were very dirty and dusty. House also needs updated furniture. The lamps are all broken and either don’t work or shades are crumbling. The queen bed is visibly very old and needs replaced. All furniture looks to be damaged and/or very old. Light fixtures had burnt out bulbs, and a few outlets were broken and missing face plates. There was also a very strong odor. Some very easy updates and TLC would go a long way. Overall a good experience but there could definitely be some improvements.

Clean, comfy and perfect for our family!

Hugo was the best host!!! This place was perfect for my husband and I and our four kids. There was plenty of space and the screened in patio made it very easy for my toddler’s to play outside without getting too sunburned! Hugo was so accommodating and kind! He even came over to replace some lightbulbs I had gone out on the patio! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Fort Myers!

Dishonest description

We understand there was outside damage due to the hurricane. However, an update would have nice. Damaged screens, pool table was tore up, and no hot tub. Ants were thick in the kitchen and cupboards. Lamps and most outlets do not work or were flashing. Definitely not recently renovated that we could see. Not much for silverware, glasses and coffee cups. No bottle of wine as promised. Dishes were sticky and dusty. We had to wash before we used them. Washing machine had a rug 1/2 washed and stinky. So we would not use it. Water heater was leaking and stool was blocked. They did send someone to fix them. New garbage disposal but only hummed. Several trash bins set by curb were overflowing. Smelled bad and animals getting into them. Linen and towels were clean and plentiful and the house did smell clean.

We are sorry it was not as you expected. There was not supposed to be a hot tub. The two items you told us about we fixed right away. If there were other things that were not working, we would have dealt with them right away also.

Not our style

The property could have used a good cleaning and some repairs. On drawer in the kitchen was missing the front of the drawer. The hot tub was a type of blow up tub and the water was murky. The porch was unusable because the screen was damaged and it had a lot of mosquitos. The house could use a nice paint job starting with the front door. We are an older group used to nice properties in nice areas. This home would be more appealing to a much younger group of people. The owner was available but we were so tired the first night that we just went to bed. He told me that I should have called him immediately about the trash that was overflowing and the sand in the beds and showers. I should have but for us to enjoy we needed to get some sleep. Again, this probably wouldn't have bothered everyone but our expectations were high from the description.

Perfect place to stay with pets

The house was a great place to stay with our dogs and was very clean inside. The location is very convenient as it is very close to FGCU which made it super easy to get back and forth to visit our daughter.
