Relax on the large deck and watch the sunset over Manzanita beach while sipping a beverage, or if you’d prefer to get sand between your toes, it’s just a half-block walk to access seven miles of pristine sandy beach. Our house is unusually well-stocked with a plethora of gear, original artwork, spices and other kitchen supplies not typically found in vacation rentals. Walk or ride a bike to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, wine bar, yoga studio, spa, and retail shops on Laneda Ave.
Highlights include:
- A short 4-block walk to downtown Manzanita, so no need to drive
- Recently renovated bathrooms and decks (propane BBQ)
- LCD TVs on each floor plus a library of DVDs, books, puzzles, and games
- High speed Wi-Fi with streaming TV services

Split between 2 floors, the house can comfortably accommodate two families. The main living area is on the 2nd floor. Upstairs is a large open area that encompasses the kitchen, dining area and living room. The living room has a large screen Roku HD TV with soundbar and Bluetooth-enabled stereo. There are two comfy sofas including one with a new queen sleeper with gel mattress. The dining area seats eight. The upper floor includes two queen bedrooms plus a full bath with tub/shower.
The lower level has one queen bedroom, full bath with stand-up shower and a large family/rec room with sofa sleeper. There is a TV with DVD/VHS player plus plenty of games, puzzles, books and a wood pellet stove to make it cozy. There is a laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer and a second full-size refrigerator. If you have difficulty climbing stairs or navigating uneven floors, this home may not be suitable for some people.
In the garage, there are bikes for all ages/sizes, beach chairs, coolers, kites, toys, tennis rackets and games to keep you busy. We also have boogie boards and wet suits for the wave seekers. Please take care of our equipment as if it were your own.
Pet policy: Pet considered with prior approval on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet fee as long as they are well behaved, and owners clean up everything left in the backyard or on the beach. This home may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.
Additional considerations include:
- Parking in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles
- Maximum overnight occupancy: eight people
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or outdoors)
- All rental requests will be reviewed by the Owner
