This little apartment was in the center of everything and very easy to walk to so many great locations! My 22 year old daughter and I shared the room and it was perfect for our needs!

It was fine, great neighborhood,the proprietor was helpful… We need an extra towels and he got them for us… Television didn’t work and there’s no air conditioning but we had two fans which made it doable as it wasn’t super hotVery small, but we weren’t in our room a lotIt was easy to check in and we felt her things were safe there so that was good also and the location was wonderful

Overall this place was good. Location to restaurants & market is very good. My mistake assuming it had air conditioning, it clearly did not say it did in the listing. Thankfully, it was reasonably cool at night & the two fans were the saviors! Couple suggestions, put a strip across the threshold of the shower so water doesn’t get all over the floor of the bathroom. A shelf or basket in the shower would be nice to have. The towels are very thin & small, and an extra pillow would be great. The host was very responsive which was appreciated! Overall, this was a nice little spot, I recommend for a couple or a single person.

form over function

The bathroom presented a dangerous fall hazard. The design of the shower allows water to spray and then spread over the entire, marble covered floor. Marble and wet feet are a dangerous combination, made worse by the fact that there are no handles on the walls to grab on to. One use of the shower and we realized we could not use it again.

The only ventilation is a window in the door and a transom over the door. At night, the other residents partied until 3am on the weekend nights. The shower does not have enough pressure to run the multiple taps present and it has no cold water supplied to it--only 40C hot water. That's not bad but not the way it's supposed to be. Owners are very nice. This property is not for people over 25.

Perfect location!

The location and ease of access to this apartment was perfect. Expect some possible shower issues (hopefully resolved), and it can get hot, but the location and comfy bed outweighs those!

Great location near food, museums and night life.

The space is well designed and attractive, though with no view. Storage was clever and adequate for our two-week stay in Paris - a great value for being so centrally located. Being on the interior courtyard made for a quiet home away from home. Maikel helped whenever we needed practical suggestions.

Nice place in a fun neighbourhood

We are a Young couple and we enjoyed our stay for the few days we were in Paris. Very hot in the room. Good size. Rain shower head wasn’t really useable but the other shower heads worked well. Nice place for people who are prepared for a small place in a good location and who are not in the room for long periods. All in all I would recommend
