Gulf Front in Seagrove and very close to Seaside! This ground floor condo has been totally updated with new floors, new stainless kitchen appliances, new furniture, completely renovated bathrooms and 2 new flat screen TVs! Walk right out your living room door to the gulf! No elevators!! Sleeps 7. A Master King bedroom with private full bath. Three level bunk in the hallway is perfect for the kids . A queen sleeper sofa with memory foam gel mattress in the living room. There is a
second full bath that makes it a great family rental. Unit has washer/dryer. Enjoy Gulf view breezes from the patio. Kitchen is fully equipped. The Palms at Seagrove offers a family friendly environment including a relaxing pool to enjoy after your day at the beach, two beach chairs and an umbrella will be set up on the beach for your use during your stay. (available starting in spring thru Oct 31) . See access info details on how to arrange your chair service. The Palms has a private and gated beach
We. do not provide bicycles, however there is Butterfly Kayak and Bike rental across the street from the Palms that will have most everything you need to rent for outdoor activities










access for the guests of the Palms. Seaside is just a short bike ride away for shopping, dining, and free seasonal outdoor concerts and movies. Scenic Highway 30A offers a 17 mile bike path allowing you to explore the various communities along 30A including Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. There is Butterfly Kayak and Bike Rental across from the Palms where you can rent bikes, paddle boards, carts etc and have delivered to your doorstep for any outdoor activities you may try.

Couldn’t ask for better location. Easy to get to and from beach all day with potty trained toddlers. Steps from the sand. Excellent communication with owner when we had issues, resolved asap. We will be back and have shared this stay with friends and family that are booking their stays for the future! We never needed the gated access since we could walk out to beach from our unit, but the gate is loud when others let it slam due to proximity. Box fans are provided and we couldn’t hear it from the bedroom, just when in the kitchen. Didn’t cause issues for us, but only negative to note if you are super light sleeper. Had everything we needed and more. I’d say best possible unit at the Palms!

The Palms A1

This was our 2nd stay at this particular property and I’m sure we will have more. This unit is perfectly located and within steps to the beach! Everything you need is at your fingertips and not to mention property manager is just a text or call away and responds quickly to your needs…definitely recommend this rental!

Beautiful and perfect location

This place was comfortable, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The bed was compfy as well. Being on the first floor was so nice for us this time since my husband was recovering from a knee surgery but I want to stay here again, it just overall was so much easier and convenient. Location was perfect and beach was awesome! The owner was so responsive and caring and made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to return!

We had a great experience at this unit. The photos were accurate. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, the unit was very clean and the ocean view was beautiful. Short easy boardwalk walk to the beach. We hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Stay

Loved this place. Very clean. Kiddos had their own bunk. It was exactly as pictured. It was pretty neat to wake up and drink coffee on the patio and see the ocean. 30 minute walks to Seaside for restaurants was a norm for our family. The umbrella service was great and the beach was not crowded for a hot July month. Can’t wait to make it back.

The Best Condo in Seagrove!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s simply the best. Perfect location, beautiful decor, the most well appointed condo, and the master bed is too die for. Tanya is the best hostess ever. We will be back again next year!!!!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

The Palms A1 condo was even better than described! The location and convenient beach access was wonderful for our family and our girls loved the green space right off the patio. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance, but also a short enjoyable bike ride to Seaside. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all that we needed. Perfection!

This beautiful property is our 'go to' every Labor Day. It's well maintained, always clean, comfortable beds and just plain wonderful! The property manager is very responsive and so wonderfully kind. Accommodating us when we arrived early, making sure the make ready was completed. The local caretaker is amazing, kind and thorough. We're already planning next year's trip!!

Great stay at the beach!

The property was perfect - clean, well furnished and the beach right outside your door! My kids loved the bunk beds, especially the flat screen tv on the top bunk. Tanya was very prompt in answering all my questions. There is some noise from the gate adjacent to the unit but it didn’t bother us. The Palms are really well kept up & other visitors were very courteous of one another. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I hesitate to talk about how perfect A1 is because I don’t want the secret to get out! It was so beautifully decorated, functional, small touches that made a big difference, like the three bunk beds instead of only two, plugs and lights for each bunk, every kitchen gadget you could need, toys for the beach, even a small cooler for the unit! The condo was so convenient and comfortable. We will return year after year!!

Living the Life

Our week long stay in Santa Rosa Beach Florida at this condo has been nothing but short of amazing. From the pristine white sand beaches to the crystal clear turquoise waters everyday view from this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, and the charming atmosphere of this beautiful coastal town. The warm hospitality and serene picturesque surroundings have made this trip truly unforgettable. Our condo was a perfect fit for this vacation to soak in the tranquil beauty of the Gulf. We will rebook this condo for another trip to the Gulf in the near future. Great for family with elementary aged kids!

The A-1 condo suited our family of four perfectly. The kiddos loved the bunk bed set up and we found the condo to be very nicely decorated. Bedding was nice, towels fluffy and fresh. We appreciated the filtered water from the refrigerator. AC ran cool all week and the w/d worked well. Tanya was responsive and easy to reach and helpful. We were very pleased with our accommodations!

I have been taking the children to the 30A area for over 20 years. We have enjoyed the area so much that we decided to invest in a vacation home here to enjoy for a few weeks. It is our pleasure to offer this beautiful location to others seeking a little rest and relaxation.

This corner unit is gulf front and ground floor. Parking outside your door for easy loading and unloading. Unit has new appliances, new hardwood floors, beautifully furnished and convenient to 30A, Seagrove and Seaside.

What makes this property unique

Gulf and beach views from you living room and patio are fantastic. Just steps to the gated beach access and lots of green space for a game or bocce ball or soccer. Two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella is reserved for you on the beach during your stay. We do not provide bikes for our guests.
