Inside, this open-plan three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to seven with a queen, a double, and a tri-bunk. The warm living area flows onto a large deck perfect for relaxed meals or evening drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a gas BBQ. Enjoy comfort year-round with split-system heating and cooling and pedestal fans. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and practical needs are covered with a front-loader washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothesline. Parking accommodates a car and boat trailer, and the home has a strict non-smoking, no pets policy.

We had a group of 15 for a reunion of people who have known each other for over 30 years. What a wonderful house, We all had such a great time, The kitchen was such a great place for us to all come together and cook a meal. The view was to die for and waking up to it each morning was such a treat.

The house was clean, but the shower heads were not working properly water was coming out from everywhere, the bathroom door would not lock, the taps on the washing machine came off, plus I found that there should have been basic essential, such as coffee fea and sugar, plus the spare bedroom had no fixed sheets no extra pillows and had to buy all of our cleaning products as well

Overall enjoyed the stay but,

We enjoyed the stay and had a good time overall except the disappointment with that unfortunately there was no HOT WATER after 6pm. We all had to go to our friend's holiday house which was not too far luckily from this place for the evening wash and showers etc. The other thing is that there was that no heating in the rooms, specially at night. Value for money is a ??....

We stayed at this beach property and can highly recommend this for any family/families who are seeking great accommodation in Lake Tyres Beach. Nearby Waterwheel Hotel was also enjoyable. Surf fishing for those is also a challenge.

What a view

We stayed in Pelican Perch over the cup week end and absolutely loved it. The house has the best views in Lake Tyers and has everything you need for a comfy holiday. We didn't have to bother about kids and the beach was just a short walk away. You just don't need to go anywhere else but spend hours and hours admiring the breathtaking scenery through the big glass windows. Wish we stayed longer will definitely stay there again.
