Nice, relaxing place, host was super responsive and helpful. The parallel parking stall was a bit tough to get into but alas, such is parking in the world.
I cant even put into words how much we loved our stay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen and dining so chic love the bathroom so spacious and shower was very nice. Balcony was amazing. spacious lounge. Close to everything. So peaceful and very relaxing We look forward to going back

Good Location
We found the apartment to be in a good location, close enough to walk to the centre and down to the swan river and Elizabeth quay. The communication, instructions and service from Staycay were good.
We were disappointed with the apartment itself. The main bedroom window does not have a screen and the windows and sliding glass doors are dirty. The toilet had a urine smell, so I think the cleaning of the apartment needs to be improved. The couch is not that comfortable and the bathroom we found to be small. It was ok and served its purpose.
Apartment itself was good. Check in process was very difficult, was not given address until a week before, was meant to be sent check in instructions a couple days before and when I wasn’t sent any lockbox information, I reached out to them via phone which took days to reply eventually Staycay answered and they told me to recheck. I confirmed that i had not received information they realised and sent me it finally. Also they made me fill out numerous of their own documents e.g rental agreements through their website which was completely seperate to Bookabatch information I filled out when booking..
The apartment was exactly as advertised and suited our purpose. It was clean with good facilities and plenty of room for us. It is conveniently located.
Selma’s apartment was renovated in an older block of apartments. Location is convenient and at the quieter end of the CBD. Parking bay is tight and requires some skill. The apartment itself was pleasant and clean - sufficient for a small family of 3.
Great communication, with clear and precise instructions on checking in and out. A very convenient location with most things within walking distance and a bus stop metres from the apartment. The apartment was clean and equipped with essentials. My only one small complaint is the blind didn’t cover the window fully in the main bedroom so the light would beam through the gaps, we temporarily fixed the issue with a spare blanket.

Property is very good and well located. Check in a bit complicated as it is automated and confirmation of the actual address only on the morning of check in is not ideal on vacation.
