This is a large apartment my guest fall in love with! Part of the Primaries complex with lovely touch of Fremantle History! History The Primaries WA was originally built for Wilcox Mofflin as a wool and hide store c1923-25. In 1983 as the Swan Wool Auctions the local wool brokers sold to Primaries of WA for $327,00 (Fremantle Gazette 5/10/1983). In 1989 the wool store and headquarters of Primaries WA

Great location and facilities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the primaries. The apartment was exactly what we needed and in a great location too, within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit. re are some features we particularly liked which are unusual in our experience with VRBO rentals: the well appointed kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve food, the two outdoor spaces for eating and drying clothes, having a powder room on the ground level in addition to the regular washroom, having two parking spots.
We had a wonderful time. Apartment had everything you could possibly need and in such a great location. Beds so comfy! Thank you so much.

Shower in the bath was a bit awkward. Better off just having a shower cubicle.
It was a pleasant stay.
The unit was fine, check in was easy with self locked keypad. Details was provided before the stay. Location is near to Fremantle market, good for travelers who would like to spend time around Fremantle.

Just a 7 minute walk to Fremantle Markets open Friday/Sat/Sunday night. A few minutes to the Fremantle Esplanade and the Beach is just a quick 5-minute walk down Grey Street.
