~ SEAS THE DAY ~ Nestled in a gated community by Fort Zachary Taylor beach!

**Beginning 12/22/25, Seas the Day! will be a MONTHLY RENTAL (28 nights within the same month). Stay a month and live like a local!

THE PROPERTY: This 2-bedroom 1 bathroom condo with an oversized shared pool is a wonderful place to kick back and relax after exploring the island. Located near the excitement of Duval Street yet tucked back near the water, this tree-lined community is in a perfect location. For history buffs, the Truman Annex is where the winter White House of President Harry Truman is located.

Enjoy morning coffee on your covered front porch with seating for two. Inside, the cozy kitchen with pass-through to the dining area has everything you need to prepare meals or midnight snacks. Stainless steel appliances and solid-surface countertops complete the space. The living room has plenty of seating and a large screen TV. Each queen bedroom is decorated in shades of navy blue and white and adorned with nightstands, bedside lighting, and closet storage. The bathroom has a white vanity and walk in, travertine tiled shower. This condo includes your own washer and dryer. French doors lead out to the private patio area with a dining table and chairs, gas grill and loungers.

Your island options are endless. Sit back and enjoy the sunshine and a dip in the shared pool. Revel in a stroll through the lushly landscaped community. The Annex also leads to a waterfront park, playground, and amphitheater. Walk to Fort Zachary State Park’s sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Or enjoy a short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Either way, Seas the Day!

BED CONFIGURATION: Each bedroom has a queen size bed and shares the full bath.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The Shipyard has an oversized shared pool for its guests with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Your condo has a private patio with dining table and chairs, loungers, and a gas grill.

PARKING: A designated parking spot comes with this condo. Please note that the vehicle’s size may not exceed 18’long by 80” wide and that this is strictly enforced.

LOCATION: The Truman Annex is in Old Town and faces Southard Street, in Key West’s premiere gated waterfront community.

PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our many homes that are pet-friendly).

SMOKING: This is a non-smoking home and property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was beautiful and right by Duval street. We walked everywhere and it was in a great location. The only downside was the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise we loved it here.

Great place and location!

Everything you want to do and more is within walking distance. The only time we used the vehicle was to get groceries. We would definitely stay there again.

Key West annual visit

The property appeared as advertised. It was clean and well stocked with paper supplies and linens. It is centrally located. Easy walking to most places. Communication with property manager was excellent pre, post and during our stay. It was quiet and safe. Good value. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property- very clean, nice area of town. I recommend this property. Only negative was the pool was a distance away, but very manageable The host staff was excellent.

Perfectly located charming condo

Our family of 3- Mom, dad and young adult son - enjoyed our weeklong vacay in this well- appointed condo. It is perfectly located in the Truman Annex- within walking distance of all old Key West. The property managers were very easy to work with and check in and out were easy. The condo complex pool is very pleasant and having the state park and beach within walking distance is wonderful! Would certainly stay here again!

Great getaway

First time to stay at this end of Key West and it was wonderful! Everything is an easy walk, even when it was hot. The condo had everything needed and then some. The check in and check out was quick and easy. Definitely will be back!

Great place

We had a great stay! The condo was awesome! Great location! Great everything!! Bathroom a little small but that is every condo in truman annex. We will stay again!! Only suggestion I have is maybe a deposit and/or check in check out box at the location of the property since most people don’t have cars so having to get keys and then drop off keys to property is kinda a pain.. otherwise our stay here was amazing!!
