Excellent in all requirements. Only two things to fix.Back double bedroom windows do not shut properly so with wind the blinds bang regularly.This was an issue in the evening trying to sleep. The other small problem was the kitchen tap fitting was poor Difficulty in turning on with flow. Does need to be looked at by a plumber. Otherwise property delivered brilliantly.

The bones of a very good rental

Comfortable house with good beds. The house was obviously part way through a renovation, part painted walls, mould covered shower head and no soap container in upstairs shower to name a few things. I didn’t even ask about wifi as it’s in most places now so very disappointed there.

Disappointed

On arrival we were immediately let down as veranda was covered in debris, chairs too dirty to use, house needed a paint. The website photos were not true, this place was portrayed to be beautiful but was ordinary. Inside painting wasn't complete, bathrooms neglected, blown light globes and backyard not at all tidy. A plus, the beds were very well dressed and comfortable, excellent quality linen. Over the years I have rented many properties and the most important thing to me is presentation.

Great location, beautiful home.

This rental was in the perfect spot, within walking distance to everything. The home was lovely and clean, and well suited to a couple of families with upstairs and downstairs bedding arrangements. Everything we needed was provided.

Almost everything but the kitchen sink

Great location, very spacious and comfortable house, kitchen layout equipment crockery glasses etc excellent. It would be perfect if better barbie garden furniture and backyard landscaping

Great location/ fair price price

Great value stay for a girls weekend. Four girls so we had a bedroom each which was perfect. All beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms and two living areas. Plenty of glasses and crockery and a few handy items in the pantry. Several portable heaters kept the place warm. Did have a nice gas fireplace but we couldn't work out how to use it and there were no instructions. Great location 1 minute walk to river. 5 mins to main street 5 mins to East beach. Only four stars because I would give 5 stars for an ocean/river view. Hallway entrance would be less noisy if it had a hall runner. Would definitely stay there again - paid $580 for two night stay.
