The Song Bird House is minutes away from all the popular sledding mountains, with plenty of parking for sleds, trailers and boats.

The space

Newly renovated, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home surrounded by beautiful trees in a quiet neighborhood. Drying room to dry all your gear after a day of being on the mountains. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub under the stars. Fully equipped kitchen all set for preparing delicious meals. Comfortable beds in cozy bedrooms for peaceful sleeps

Guest access

Guests will have full access to this large 2600 square foot home split between two levels.
The home is fully furnished and includes all bedding, towels, bbq, large hot tub, free WIFI, multiple TVs equipped with Netflix/cable and a dream kitchen fully equipped to host large functions. There are 5 bedrooms with 8 individual beds. There are also 10 on site parking stalls. Sicamous business license number 225. So you can book with confidence with this fully licensed home

We are always available to help our guests with any questions. We strive to make sure our guests have the most comfortable stay possible.

Other things to note

Please enjoy your stay at The Song Bird House, but treat the home as if it were your own and respect the neighbors. All pets need to be cleaned up after and kept on the property otherwise additional charges may occur. Please ensure the hot tub is kept clean and soap free. If the hot tub needs to be drained after your stay there will be a $200 fee. There is no smoking allowed inside the home or hot tub.

Stayed with family for a week and had a great time! Lots of space for everyone - even a dining room table big enough to accommodate all of us. The deck is awesome and perfect for visiting and relaxing. Hot tub was a nice perk especially for a rainy day.

Great place to host our extended family of 10 people. Plenty of space for eating and gathering both inside and outside. We spent a lot of time in yard and covered deck and enjoyed the hot tub. House is clean and has all the needed amenities. Comfy newer furniture plus A/C in every room.Check in was easy and hosts were very responsive. We had a small issue with the plumbing and they were quick to check it out for us. Would stay again for sure.

My wife and I have both grown up in Sicamous and have lived here our entire lives. We have raised three children in Sicamous. Once you spend a few days on the lake you will see why we never plan on leaving.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in my family since it was new. We felt that Sicamous could use more places for family’s to come and vacation for an affordable price.

What makes this property unique

Sicamous is right in the middle of two beautiful lakes so as you have choices in the summer. Sicamous is also has some of the best snowmobiling in Canada with lots of choices of hills. If you would rather ski then if you stay here you are within 45 minutes of great hills like Revelstoke and silver star.
