Great home, perfect location

This home is exactly as pictured, no surprises (and I've had a few of those in the past.) It felt good--airy and spacious. It was super clean and had all the essentials (including 3 smart TVs and solid Wifi), and the location is fantastic. In a few minutes you can be on the 101 or 202. There's a Walmart 1 mile away and downtown Chandler is 1.5 miles from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nothing disturbed our 8 days there. We were so content, I had no reason to contact Kay, but she texted to make sure we were ok and let us know she was available 24/7. When our flight out was cancelled and we were put on a later one, she called to tell me not to worry about check out time--the house was ours until we needed to go. She didn't want us to have to wait at the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Kay is a thoughtful host, and her home reflects that.

Great find in AZ

Came to AZ for a baseball tourney and although the house was not close to the fields, it was so much better than a hotel! Well maintained by a super attentive owner. The basket of goodies upon arrival was so cute and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again, as the house provides a superb family feel.

Kay was a terrific host. Incredibly accommodating and attentive. I would highly recommend staying in her home. She has a beautiful home and takes a lot of pride and joy in it. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the Phoenix area

Nice home with the basics

Very nice, clean home with good WiFi. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Nice open floor plan. Bed in master bedroom not comfortable but we were able to make due by splitting up with 1of us sleeping in the spare bedroom. The driveways in this development are short, fits 2 compact vehicles side by side.
