Beautiful Condo, everything you need for a great stay

We loved staying in Charlie's condo, it was very comfortable and spacious. The owner is very thoughtful and we enjoyed the chocolates and coffee provided. Ample supplies of bottled water we well appreciated. The local shops and restaurants are great, you must give Pita Jungle a try. We will be back to stay again.x

Born and raised in NY, we moved to Scottsdale in 1996 with our 2 children. We love the outdoors and tranquil lifestyle that Scottsdale has to offer.

Eva obtained her real estate license in 2002 and loves working with buyers and sellers. She works full-time now that we are empty-nesters. Charles's background is in Finance. He handles property management & investments.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular. See last photo - we took that on one of our hikes - don't miss the opportunity to go and visit this trail - http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/preserve

What makes this property unique

This is a ground floor unit - mountain views surround this property - this spacious, end/corner unit is close to the covered parking for ease in carrying in groceries - steps to pool, clubhouse, sauna, steam room, BBQ and Ramadas as well as putting green. The patio faces East with views of the walkway and entrance to the pool. Walk around the corner to AJ's Fine Foods Grocer, Starbucks, , Flo's Asian Kitchen has a great bar and atmosphere, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Yogurt shop, sandwich shop, ATM's and bank... Cross the street and you will find Safeway Grocery Store, Hash Kitchen - open for breakfast & lunch * Pita Jungle has great Mediterranean food and atmosphere, Barro's Pizza & Jack in the Box, Cold Stone Creamery...
