My place located on quiet alley in Binh Thanh District where near Ho Chi Minh Central Business District.
It takes around 10 minutes to approach the attractive places of the city such as Sai Gon Zoo, History Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office,Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street...
2. Details of place for rent:
This a entire studio in a modern buildings. We have 12 studios total and have finished one month ago.
As you enter the apartment you'll see living room with sofa bed with full size, the kitchen with full cooking utilities, dining area.
Next on your living room is big bed with queen size mattress. Beside that, we designed balcony where you can open with natural wind.
Smart TV can connect with wifi or you can turn cable box with more 120 international channels, WI-FI with high speed
We put dresser and closet with hangers, hairdryer, working table & desk or you can use for lady make up.
The bathroom: hot & cold water, shampoo, body gel, bath towel, toothpast, toothbrush, toilet papers.

AMENTITIES OF BUILDING:
When you go down lobby, you'll see the spacious garden, having table and chairs where you can use this space for working, feel free to lounge in the chair out back and enjoy our shady garden or enjoy and outdoor dinner at the table.

Of course our guests are welcome to use promition at beauty spa with package services.
We set up gym on the first floor and reading room: total 100% free for our tenants.

Interaction with guests

We point receptionist stay in the daytime from 8:00 am - 8:00pm and security in the night time.

We do our very best to be available to serve you as much as possible as we believe this is the reason you chose us. Whether you need to tailor or shopping, enjoy food or coffee, working... Scam

There was no such a place at all; a host dosenot exist, the announcement was fake and the booking was fake. There is no person by the hosts name, no apartment, no real telephonnumber or email. I came to Saigon, then a taxi took me to the address which did not exist. I had to book a hotel after driving one hour by taxi around in that traffic-jam to find a fake address. Frustrating/hate it!
