About this property

Lakefront House close to Ann Arbor!

Charming lakefront cottage with private beach. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and 15 minutes from Brighton. We are located on Horseshoe Lake, an all sports lake with paddle board, pedal boat, rowboat and kayak included. Enjoy fishing, swimming or just relaxing in the hot tub. Sleeps 6 comfortably (although room for 8). Master bedroom has king bed. Middle room has 2 queen beds and front bedroom has queen bed. WiFi included. Cable tv in main room, master bedroom, and front bedroom. Linens included.

*while the beach is private the dock is shared with our property next door.

This property was perfect for our trip to The Big House and visiting with cousins in the area. Super quiet neighborhood, well stocked bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of cookware/utinsels, and the hot tub and dock to fish off of were an added bonus. Looking forward to staying again for another future visit with our local family!

This is the coziest lake house! Looks exactly as the pictures and was the perfect place to stay while visiting family on Whitmore Lake. Laura has quick to respond on a few questions and this little cottage was so clean and had plenty of amenities. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great family getaway

This place had everything we needed for a weekend away with our kids. Spacious yard, lake access, games and activities for kids and hot tub for the adults to enjoy. Was so nice to relax after the kids went to bed and just enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. Quick trip to Ann Arbor if you wanted to enjoy a night out in the city. We will definitely be back!
