Welcome to Eichler Palms! 5 STAR Premier Host property! Family friendly or poolside relaxation - we've got you covered! This architecturally significant estate is newly built (2018) but based on Eichler's 1950's flat roof design from Ansen & Allen with interior design by an HGTV designer! It gives you the iconic mid-century experience with luxury modern amenities! 5BR (including a master suite & jr. suite), 3BA, 2,500sf + 500 sf open air atrium (3,000 sqft total!), heated oversized saltwater pool w/ tanning shelf & spa, outdoor shower, sunken fire pit + multiple outdoor seating areas. It's truly indoor & outdoor living at it's finest! All capped off by a STUNNING 180 degree mountain view for gorgeous sunrises and glowing sunsets!
Luxury kitchen w/ modern appliances, handmade tile, high-end finishes & oversized island with seating make this the perfect space for cooking... or take-out if that's more your style! And believe us, there is so much good take out with in a mile radius or walk to some of the city's coolest places! We are walkable to amazing restaurants & bars like Del Ray, Bar Cecil, Ace Hotel/Kings Highway, Mr Lyons, Seymour's, El Mirasol, Koffi Coffee Shop, Kream Ice Cream Shop, etc.
We've tried our hardest to create a fun, colorful vacation rental, while also thinking of real life living. Comfy seating areas for movie nights or conversation, TV's in every room, luxury bedding & quality furniture.
This home was featured as a Modernism Week show home & social house with furniture by Room & Board & fully motorized shades by Hunter Douglas. All 5 bedrooms are individually climate controlled, feature TV's & have sliding door access to the outside with patios & path to the pool.
Eichler Palms is completely set with a family in mind, but it's all hidden away so the bachelor or bachelorette group aren't bothered with kid stuff. We've thought of it all! Hidden away in closets are all the things you need to bring the littles or pets along, since we know they're #1 when it comes to traveling!

Getting around: Many places are walkable, Uber and Lyft are available, and the Palm Springs Buzz trolly service stops at the end of the block every 20 minutes from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays!

This property is as good as it looks! The layout is ideal - plenty of privacy for individuals, and great communal spaces with plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. The pool area is really well done - six chaises, a firepit, the grill and bar, the hot tub. We felt like we were in a Slim Aarons photo.

Wonderful getaway

Everything was just as it is in the ad, and better. The house was tranquil and grand. Really loved the communal space that accommodated our large group, with lots of space. Everything was clean, there were all the creature comforts that you expect at a hotel, and then some. Also, the smart home was really cool, and the sound system was great.

Best long weekend trip with family and friends celebrating EVERYONES' birthday! This house is absolutely stunning and a mid century modern dream. Beautiful decor, amazing pool with mountain views and very close to spectacular food and night scene. The house was super clean, well stocked, owners and concierge were extremely accommodating and responsive. Can't wait to return in the future 10/10 would do it again ❤️🌵🌴

Excellent spring break escape

We were three families with small kids and spent a few days at the Eichler Palms during kids spring break - and everybody absolutely loved the location - to the point that we cancelled some plans for eating out and just BBQ'ed by the pool and even enjoyed smores on the small and modern firepit in the yard as well. Marshall was very communicated and helpful during the entire process. Kitchen was probably the best stocked one for cooking we'd ever seen in a vacation rental. Lovely place and lovely location - we. hope to be back sometime!

AMAZING! Perfect location with easy access to Palm Springs, airport, and the valley communities. Perfect design detail and decor to experience mid-century design and living. Thoughtfully designed home, easy place to stay with a group - excellent private and communal spaces. Home manual made operating all the smart home systems easy to use. Hen Party of my Dreams

Stop looking — BOOK IT. This property is stunning online and did not disappoint in person. I could not have been happier with a rental for my Hen Party. I stayed with 9 of my gals and everyone was blown away by how well-appointed each of the rooms was as well as the spaces to gather. The outdoor space was a bonus, the saltwater pool was a bonus and all of the spaces for photo-ops were fun as well. I could see us coming back again! Five stars!

Best Stay Ever!

Our recent stay at Brads property was everything we expected and more! Perfect location, the house was so clean, fluffiest pillows and blankets that help make it feel at home, the pool is everything!!!! Our favorite place to lounge at was the pool, either day or night. The “no music” restriction was not a problem at all, we used this time to get to know each other better. We would 100% stay at this house again.

Fantastic property!

The property was super clean, functional, comfortable, and spacious. It’s centrally located in a very nice area and on a quiet street. It’s layout was perfect for two families of four and one grandparent. As fans of MCM architecture, we appreciated the house itself, but the best part was the pool. The shallow area of the pool meant that our 7-year old nephew who has cerebral palsy was able to swim with his cousins for the first time. The adults also enjoyed the saltwater pool and spa. Marshall, the property concierge, was very friendly and responsive. We definitely want to return next summer (or sooner if we get the chance).

The Perfect House in Palm Springs!

This property is nothing but amazing! It is so beautifully designed and welcoming, you don’t want to leave. Upon arriving, our group was so impressed with the décor, cleanliness, and amenities. The house has everything you need from fresh towels and fully equipped kitchen to even a set of toiletries if you forgot something! Our check in and check out process was effortless as well, as the house manager Marshall is very responsive and helpful! We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor area – especially the pool sun deck that provided shade when needed. And the location is perfect – so close to all of the restaurants downtown! It’s such a great vacation home and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
