– Absolutely Perfect Getaway!Loved the property! We had a group of 8, and the space accommodated us perfectly without ever feeling crowded. The environment is incredibly cozy and comfortable, but the real highlight was the proximity to the water—hearing the peaceful sound of the river all day long was amazing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, which was a fantastic bonus.The location is ideal because it gives you the flexibility to do as much or as little as you want. To top it off, the owners were wonderful hosts who replied immediately whenever we had a question or a need. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this property!

Lovely cabin feel and location

We loved our stay. We loved the history showed in the cabin. The location was perfect for our trip. Very close to whiteface. We’d definitely go back!

Great place

Great house in an even better location. Make sure to grab dinner at the Ice Jam Inn, just one mile down the road. Best food in the high peaks region.

A great week in Upper Jay

We really enjoyed our stay! House was very conformable and spacious. Internet was very good covered our needs. The house was in an excellent location for all of the day trips we took - including Burlington, VT.

The house was family friendly with amazing views of the river but being outdoors on this property was above and beyond fabulous. A babbling river, a sauna and firepit was enough to stay just at the property and it was easy to entertain my 20-month-old grandson. My family found our new happy destination and look forward to our next visit at Camp Warner...

As amazing as the pictures

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the Historic River Cabin. It is such a unique and beautiful property. We had such a cozy experience over a fall weekend. Check in was easy, the house was full of amenities, and the extra touches made for such an incredible getaway. We loved it here!

Birthday Weekend

For my birthday weekend friends and I wanted a trip to the Adirondacks and this property was amazing. Super clean and the host always responded to any questions within an hour or so. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Gorgeous view along the river.

Spent the weekend here doing a winter hike. The pictures are accurate. The location was perfect for access to the high peaks. We enjoyed the sauna after a chilly hike as well!

A perfect vacation spot for nature lovers who also want cozy accommodations

We adored our week here! The cabin is so beautiful and full of historic charm. The place was very clean, comfy bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and there are about a hundred different ways to enjoy nature right on the property. Couldn’t ask for more for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend, and even though this place is 700 miles from home for me, I know I will be back—this place is just too great to pass up!!

Anniversary in the ADK!

Warner’s camp was carefully curated, creating the most cozy of stays. Waking up and going to sleep to the sounds of the River running…was just pure perfection. My boyfriend and I had the best time, thanks for hosting us!

We spent hours floating in the river and reading on the banks. So calming. Our family VRBOs every summer. This is the first place that supplied toiletries! Even their notes to guests were friendly and inviting.

Family Ski Weekend at Upper Jay/Whiteface

Our family spent three night at this perfectly located home. The property was in excellent condition and very well supplied for a comfortable weekend of skiing, cooking and relaxing. The wood burning stove and the outdoor sauna made the stay extra special. The host was very helpful and the check-in process was seamless. Highly recommend.

Warners camp

We really enjoyed ourselves! The property is perfect for relaxing, loved the screened in porch overlooking the river!!! Even when it was chilly ( did mIt’s close to all the lake placid attractions y morning yoga out there… we enjoyed the fire pit outside, the sauna was awesome!!! All the furniture was comfy, and kitchen was well appointed ( we did a lot of cooking!

Our stay at the river cabin was magical! From the screened in porch, to the fire pit to the "lazy river", this place had it all! Perfect set up to share homemade family dinners, relax in the screen porch and just minutes away from great mountain hikes. Thank you!

Long weekend at Warners and Whiteface

We had a great stay at the River house for our long weekend. The house is so unique being right beside the river. It was really nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We loved using the sauna after each day of skiing and boarding at Whiteface. The location is close to Whiteface and about 20 minutes to Lake Placid. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful stay on the river

Everything was perfect for a family Thanksgiving for three with furry friends to boot. Everything was cozy and clean and we had everything we needed. Waking up to watch and hear the babbling Ausable with just a touch of snow to make it even more beautiful. Amy was wonderful to comunicate
