Liaskos is a beautiful upmarket property ,situated on the north east coast between Kassiopi village and Avlaki beach and just 130 meters from Coyevinas beach at Votana bay.Boasting a 50 square meter swimming pool at the rear of the property,fabulous poolside area and built in large stone bbq,tasteful decor,and ample parking.The outside eating area and bbq allowing perfect alfresko dining around the pool. Ten minutes walk north to the centre of Kassiopi and ten minutes by foot south to Avlaki beach,plus just two minutes down the lane to the sandy and pebble beach ,complete with boat mooring facilities at the large jetty at the entrance to the beach.The villa is perfectly situated for the area and offers a superb base for two families or a company of up to eight people offering plenty of private balcony space and communial outside pool terrace areas.A very comfortable property.

Spacious villa near beach and village

Spacious property in a large plot with a great pool. A short walk from the beach (where you can moor a rental boat - highly recommended) and close to Kassiopi village. Caroline and Yanny are great hosts and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.

Family holiday with adult kids & plus 1s

Fantastic and always timely communication with Caroline, our host who helped us with: - accurate directions to the Villa (a problem that has caught us out previously) - some grocery shopping prior to arrival to get us equipped - helpful insights into the local area, particularly restaurants and bars (useful for our kids and their nightlife planning) - an unexpected midweek clean of the Villa was a great touch The incredibly spacious villa in sizeable private grounds with a larger than anticipated swimming pool was beyond expectations.

Bellissima villa

La villa è molto spaziosa, sia all’interno che all’esterno. Piscina molto curata e cucina attrezzata.Il giardino è grande, così come il barbecue e il tavolo esterno.Aria condizionata funzionante, proprietari di casa gentilissimi e disponibili.Unica pecca, la villa è un po’ distante dal paese e fare la spesa può essere faticoso. Suggerisco un motorino o auto a noleggio

Beautiful villa

This is a beautiful, secluded, large and comfortable villa with a deep pool and shady terrace with table and seating area. It is really well positioned, being private with a large garden, but only a short walk to a supermarket and then into Kassiopi itself. Caroline and Yanny could not have been more helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport, doing a pre-arrival grocery shop, booking a boat hire, and were always available for any help and advice. We would highly recommend this villa!

Great villa in quiet but accessible area

Lovely spacious villa with a large deep pool in a quiet area of Kassiopi. The nearby town is a short 20 min walk away but there is also a bar just across the road serving a good variety of drinks and food. There is a small pebble beach about 500 metres away but many others in a walkable distance. We loved this holiday and will be back one day.

Wonderful Villa!

We loved the villa, large cool and airy inside and lovely grounds, terrace and stunning pool. Easy walk to local beach and very accessible to Kassiopi town centre as well as Avlaki Beach. Owners were super. Very welcoming and helpful! We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Liaskos.
