Wonderful location and vacation

This property was clean and very nice, well maintained, everything was in working order. Property was very secure and safe. Not one problem at all! Would highly recommend this property for the young and old. Beach access was simple and a short walk. Property was beautiful, check in and out was simple. This is the second year we have stayed at this proporty and looking foward to coming again next year!

Sea Winds 203

Being on the second floor was good because we used the stairs most of the time, so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator. Felt safe as a key was needed to leave the property as well as get back in. Not a deal breaker, but we had to walk to the restaurants in the plaza because there was no parking…so many people. Sunset Grill next door was excellent!

Great unit

This unit was perfect for two adults, me and my adult daughter, for our annual get away. It was a very nice unit, well appointed, sophisticated, nice furnishings, impeccably clean.. We only ate breakfast and snacks there, but the kitchen would be adequate for prepping a full meal, but without a dining room table, it really is not suitable for little ones. One thing that most units have and that I missed was the usual supply of tin foil, Saran Wrap, ziplock bags and cups for the beach, but they did supply laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, plus branded shampoo and body wash. Also, the building has an issue with elevators; a resident told me they were out for 3 months and now only 1 is functional, but we took the stairs except for moving in/out and taking the beach wagon to the beach so not an issue for us. Finally, there was mold in the AC system, and because we are both allergic to mold, we let in fresh air except at night; maybe hurricane Ian caused this issue because we didn’t have this in another unit in the building last year. Regardless, we had a great stay and can recommend this unit without hesitation.

Excellent Alternative to JW Marriott!

We love Marco Island, have been several times and this was by far the best experience we have had. The condo was perfect for us. You cannot beat the location and the amazing view from the balcony. Very clean, beautifully maintained - trying to book again as we speak for November. Honestly one of my favorite features was the cordless dyson!!! HA! But seriously to be able to tidy up after ourselves everyday was great!
