About this property

MARESIAS - THE MOST POPULAR PEAK ON THE COAST

Nice house in MARESIAS, 300 meters from the beach (gate 6), near bakeries, pizzeria, supermarkets, butchers and all commercial infrastructure. It is 800 meters from the main bars, restaurants and Sirena. Therefore, for those who do not want to use the car, it is the ideal place. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double bed and large built-in masonry cabinets, the last has bunk bed. One of the bedrooms is en suite and the other three are served by 2 large social bathrooms. In addition to these, the house also has a pool bathroom and two showers, one at the entrance of the house and another by the pool. The living room is large with cable TV and WIFI. It has a covered barbecue by the pool, service area with two tanks and ceiling clothesline and several garden islands, all surrounded by walls about 3.5 m high, which gives its inhabitants total privacy. Therefore, although large, the house will comfortably accommodate the 8 person LIMIT (please do not insist that you will be frustrated). The garage is large, but the limit will be 3 vehicles, whose license plates will be registered in the contract and only they can enter it. The house is MONITORED by 20 CCTV cameras, which operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will NOT be shut down under any circumstances. These are not in bedrooms and bathrooms,. Visits will not be allowed to attend the house. . Only CONTRACTORS MAY REMAIN IN THE HOUSE. Therefore, the house will not be the subject of parties or events of any kind. Children under 12 years old and small or large pets will not be allowed. There will be a contract which must be read and signed prior to booking. A deposit will be charged to the contractor for any damages in the amount of $ 10,000.00 which will be returned shortly after check out if there is no damage to the house. This will have to be returned in the same state as it was received by the contractors.

Ótima opção em Maresias

Imóvel idêntico as fotos divulgadas. Ótima localização, próximo a praia, padaria, armazém, aparador, etc. Imóvel bem conservado, com tudo funcionando, exceto um pequeno problema na borracha da geladeira da cozinha. Caseiro muito atencioso. Excelente opção! Recomendo!

Bruno tem razão em relação à borracha da geladeira, que ressecou devido à falta de uso. Uma nova geladeira havia sido adquirida, mas, em função do grande volume de compras do final de ano,, houve atraso na entrega e chegou apenas depois do ano novo. Grato pela avaliação.Seja sempre bem vindo.
