This north-facing three-bedroom townhouse is an air-conditioned beachfront unit in its original condition, offering direct views of Main Beach from the sunroom.

The downstairs living areas are tiled and feature a TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and Foxtel for your entertainment and recently connected Wi-Fi. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The unit also includes a microwave, private laundry with a washer and dryer, and an extra toilet downstairs for added convenience.

Please Note: 'Main Beach 1' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
