This lovely home sits on over an acre of private land surrounded by beautiful, mature trees and flowers. The over sized pool is surrounded by a huge stonework area with large table and 10 chairs with 6 lounges and a sitting area with a 12 ft. telescoping umbrella. A backyard breakfast area has another large table with umbrella. There are swings and a play area for the smaller family members and a new 7 person hot tub. WiFi. New Weber BBQ. Outdoor table tennis and stereo. AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Cell 1516-967-2333. July 1 to Labor Day Sept 3, $50k for two months or $30k for either July or August . No shares, sublets, pets or smoking. The nightly rate does not include fees for electricity, pool and hot tub maintenance, lawn care, internet/TV/cable/phone, garbage pickup which are extra.
