Solaris 6 - 22 Paterson Street

This three bedroom split level unit is located in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to Arakwal National Park and just minutes from Clarkes beach. This spacious unit overlooks a sparkling lap pool and is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV. A perfect retreat for families!

Located on the second floor the apartment features air conditioning, full size kitchen, three generous bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first level has one bathroom and two bedrooms, one bedroom containing a queen size bed and the second containing two single beds.

On the upper level you will find the master bedroom upon a mezzanine level with a king size bed, block out blinds, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. A secluded hideaway wonderful for those looking for an extra touch of privacy. All three bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The apartment's open space kitchen, dining, and lounge area opens out onto a north facing covered verandah overlooking the sparkling pool and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. An ideal spot to unwind with family after a long day in the surf and sand. The apartment is located approximately 800 metres to Clarkes Beach through a natural reserve and about 1km into town centre.

Welcome to Byrons family beach. Idyllic north-facing Clarkes Beach is protected from big swells for most of the year and the small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities are yours for the taking. This area of town offers some lovely and very handy beachside holiday accommodation and the town centre with its eclectic palette of restaurants, cafes and eateries plus a myriad of shopping opportunities is only a very short stroll away. At the end of Clarkes Beach is The Pass, a famous surfing spot, and a beautiful bush track winds up the headland to the Byron Bay Lighthouse through some stunning and shady vegetation before it all opens up in front of you the beauty of nature in all its glory!

large apartment in quiet position

We love the Solaris apartments. Convenient location within walking distance to town and 5 mins walk to beach. Apartments are spacious and well maintained with a nice pool. Apartment 6 could really do with some blinds to block out morning sun in main bedroom otherwise was a great stay.

Great Location

Fabulous location away from busy main streets but close to two beaches. We were able to walk into town either along the streets or on the beach. There was plenty of room for five of us in the apartment. The main bedroom was noisy as it is open to the living area below. Undercover secure car parking was a bonus. We had an issue with our TV reception and the agent quickly responded to fix the problem. I paid $1,000 bond and this was taken from my account at the time of booking. Since I booked approximately two months beforehand I don't believe this is fair. This bond should be taken only when I arrived. Overall the property was spacious and comfortable.

Reasonable

A very comfortable place to stay. Near the beach but 10 mins walk to town centre. Master bedroom desperately needs blinds on two sets of windows. 5.30am bright daylight not great for sleeping. A suggestion - it would have been a bonus if a couple of bikes were available in carpark lock up. Would help with back and forward to town.
