Imagine yourself waking to the sounds of Belongil Beach and heading for a dawn swim or surf in the tranquil waters just over the sand dunes. The Wave House offers a truly unique Byron Bay experience. Nestled behind the sand dunes at Belongil Beach this pet friendly property features three bedrooms, a separate studio and is surrounded by tranquil tropical gardens.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area are on the ground floor and adjoin a large deck that leads to the studio. Two bedrooms are located off the living area while the master bedroom, with ensuite is upstairs. The property is air conditioned in the living/dining. Please note there is no oven in the house or studio, although the house has a convection microwave. There are also two popular 'locals' cafes just down the road that serve great food and coffee.

The pet friendly beach is one minute walk from your accommodation and a fifteen minute stroll along the beach will find you in the centre of town.Take your best friend for a run on the pristine sands or relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this delightful area of Byron Bay.

Belongil Beach is ideally located just 1.5km north of Byron’s town centre. The unspoiled white beach is only a 2 minute walk from your holiday accommodation. A leisurely 15-20 min stroll along the beach will find you in the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach is known for its relaxed and carefree atmosphere. The Wave House is a 1 min walk to Belongil Beach and 5 mins drive to town centre.

Please note a security bond is required for this property. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. Pets allowed on application. In need of attention.

Great position and dog friendly however house in need of a total upgrade before leased out to another tenant. Managing agent Helen was exceptional attending to all our requests immediately. The washing machine, microwave were replaced, cutlery and sharp knives purchased, bed repaired as unsleepable. The House is dark and with lights not working on arrival depressing to live in. The airconditioning is inefficient with fan not working in kitchen area. The bunk rooms are hot, small and uninviting. There is an ant problem in the bathrooms and the garden needs to be cut back and maintained. One toilet and one shower servicing 6 people downstairs is challenging. Falling Palm fronds causing a hazaard with the dog. An insult to be charging what we paid per week. The owner made no effort what so ever to accomadate the house for tenants.
