Brand new custom-made beautiful home on hill top with a stunning view of valley and mountains. It has 4 well furnished bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 living areas. This home is equipped with all basic amenities including Chef's kitchen. Guest can enjoy the hiking trail. Perfect for family retreat, girls night, newly wed couples, and reflection getaway. Come and relax in a peaceful countryside setting. Interstate-65 and Interstate-840 are less than five miles away. Only 15 min to Cool Springs, 20 min to downtown Franklin, and 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. A public library and a public park/recreation center are just 3 miles away. The neighborhood is blessed with natural beauty. Trees, bushes, birds, and butterflies give a peaceful feeling. There are cows, donkeys, horses and goats at the neighboring farms. You can enjoy the breath taking views of wild life and the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee with Hot Air Balloon Ride, which will be remembered for life time

Great house for family reunion guests

We rented this house for guests at our family reunion. They loved the high end finishes and well equipped kitchen. This house was right next door to other guests who attended the family reunion so we were all able to get together spontaneously.

We enjoyed our week in Spring Hill! The property had everything we needed and was very responsive when we asked to have the patio sprayed for wasps. Later in the week the weather was so beautiful and we enjoyed having coffee outside. Thank you for a great week!

Rural Getaway

Great property in a great location. Very private and secluded but convenient to shopping restaurants as well as Springhill, Franklin and Nashville. Wonderful location for a family get together with huge yard for kids. Home was spacious with great appointments. We went there for Thanksgiving and the property and was absolutely perfect.

We didn’t spend a lot of time at our house while visiting family close by. It was a very clean and comfortable home and accommodated our two young children with kids books and little trinkets around. Beautiful setting with views outside every window.

Beautiful, Clean, and Organized

We stayed with some friends all of whom were in town for a baseball tournament in the surrounding area. The house was immaculately clean and well kept. Everything in the home was meticulously labeled and well organized. Plenty of room and the two-level configuration gave appropriate privacy to both families when needed. The location is a little remote, though the surrounding area is seeing a lot of high end residential development. Restaurants, grocery, are only about 15 minutes away however and the wooded setting is well worth it. The only drawback is the internet/cell connectivity which is spotty given the location. Text messages were consistently able to move and inside the home the WIFI is good when the signal from outside is strong. And, with all the land development in the area a new tower is bound to go up soon. All in all a terrific stay - highly recommeded!

Beautiful house and views

The house is very new and clean. Great layout for a family. We all slept on the main (upstairs) level because my kids are young, but there was plenty of space. Master is huge with amazing views of the rolling hills. The downstairs has two more very comfortable bedrooms and a separate living area. The property is just beautiful and there are lots of animals nearby. My kids enjoyed watching the cows, goats and ponies on the neighboring properties. The house is just southeast of the 65/840 intersection which made it easy to get around. It’s a little further east than the map shows on VRBO’s website, but we loved this location. We would definitely rent this house again on a future trip to a Nashville.

Thompson’s Station

Overall, this was a great rental property. It was a nice, new house in a quiet, beautiful area. It is a ways out, so we did a fair amount of driving to eat, etc. but there are lots of neat places within 20 minutes so it’s not bad. It appears that this is a new property so in the interest of constructive criticism, it would have been nice to have more than one towel a piece. We have runners in our family and many of us ended up taking more than one shower a day and would have appreciated a second towel. In addition, we ended up buying some toilet paper as the supply provided was limited. I gave the property 5 stars for cleanliness because it was very clean for the most part, but the downstairs bathroom had apparently not been used for awhile and so the toilet needed to be swished out and the tub rinsed a little. But that was a minor thing and no big deal. I would definitely recommend the property!

A lot of parking space with a 3-car garage. You can have fun and joy on the hiking trail outside this home. This is a perfect place to relax and recharge. Come and explore the music city of Nashville and historic city of Franklin. Enjoy the view of mountains while sitting in bed rooms, family room, or on the deck or patio. Imagine you and your loved ones, sitting around a fireplace, sipping a warm beverage or sitting outside on the deck and enjoying the BBQ and looking out the beautiful valley and mountains. If you are an early riser, a scenic sunrise gives you pleasure for the whole day. The mesmerizing moonlight during full moon will make your evening more romantic. Don't hesitate to bring elderly, or infants and toddlers. This house is wheelchair accessible.
