The Space:

This spacious 4-bedroom holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for families or groups. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and include fresh linen, so you only need to bring your beach towels. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining two bedrooms each have a 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal preparation, including electric cooking appliances. Enjoy outdoor dining and entertaining with the large family-sized BBQ on the back balcony. Please note that pets are welcome, but we kindly request they are kept off the furniture and bedding. There is a single lock-up garage for your use, along with ample space for parking boats and cars.

Relaxing Holiday ay Agnes

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Cabbage Palm Holiday Home. For family it is a good size and comfortable house to stay. Plenty of room in the house and backyard as well as the garage to park the car and also store all fishing and watersports equipment. The only 2 negatives to comment on were the 3 of the 4 bedrooms AC's were very noisy and one of them did not work without faulting after a period of time. The dishwasher also did not work. The property manager did make an attempt to resolve the AC that wasn't working during the stay, which remained unresolved but was appreciated.

Great location

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this property. The location was easy walking distance to shops and the beach. There was plenty of room for a family of four and the property was clean, comfortable and included everything we needed.

The best vacation!!

My cousins and I didn’t know what to expect since it’s our first time there but we absolutely loved the place we stayed at, the neighbourhood, how accessible everything is.. it’s just perfect. The house was so clean, very nice and comfortable. Chrissy is literally the best. Good communication, gives out very detailed information and is really kind. Our trip was a solid 100/10 and is one of our favourite vacation ever.

Pleasant stay

A lovely spacious house for an extended family, clean and well presented. It was just a short walk to the beach, supermarket and other shops which supplied all our needs. The host was easy to deal with and supplied us with a wifi dongle when we needed an internet connection. Aircon/ heating units to the living area and all bedrooms was a definite bonus.

Good family home

Good home, with plenty of space. Easy walking distance to shops and beach. Would be great if there was a dryer and a few platters etc for entertaining, but otherwise well stocked.

Needs a bit of Love

The home was nice and clean, but could do with a bit of love . Comfortable lounge to watch TV . Maybe a smart tv so you can access Netflix etc maybe Bluetooth speaker for music . A few toiletries or small shampoo conditioner body wash in bathrooms.

A week stay at Cabbage Palm

From the time we saw the house on Stayz Holiday with Dogs. The booking process as easy. Communication was always quick and answered any questions. The house was a beautiful clean. It would easily have had a family of 8 stay. Furniture was lovely although would have liked thicker cushions on lounge furniture. Good size fully enclosed yard that was great for our Border Collie. The location was great. Quite street 800 metres from the beach and the shopping. Walking distance to information centre and short drive from 1770. Definitely recommend this house for holiday. Will be back

Everything needed in a great location

Really enjoyed our short stay, the house was well equipped and everything we needed to settle in comfortably for a few days. Agnes waters is a beautiful location with so much to see and do. The teenagers had an amazing time!

Great location

Very much enjoyed my stay at this property. Easy 5 min walk to beach. The dog friendly aspect was most important to me. I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The couch is way overdue for replacement, the clothes dryer doesn't work and there is not a sharp knife in sight, however if these things are no problem for you then this property is great with lovely breezes and great verandahs. I also loved the electric garage door. There are a few rooms and half the garage which is locked off and not accessable which is a little odd. Only the electric garage and front door key is supplied which is a little disappointing as the website does give the impression you can lock the verandah etc but you cant as you don't have the key. Overall, I do recommend this property and would definiteley stay here again.

A perfect getaway

We stayed at Agnes for 2 nights. We needed much longer. Next time!! The house was beautiful and clean beds were very comfortable. The air con and fans in every room was so needed making our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The short cut to the shops was fantastic and with our dog access to the off leash area was so close. The backyard was well fenced making us feel safe about our dog outside. She went everywhere with us as everything is so close to walk to.
