Rocky Beach Cottage offers two bedrooms, a pleasant garden setting, large veranda at the rear for casual dining overlooking scenic mountains in the west. Wi-Fi and aircon included. Enjoy a spot of fishing or surf with the family, walk to restaurants and shopping centre at Flynn's Beach. Port City Bowling Club is within a 10 minute stroll from this location.

Plenty of room for the car, boat or trailer parking. Sleeps 4, a very comfortable cottage to relax and let the world go by.

Not the best accommodation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smelled badly of mould. Very basic and worn. Suit schoolies or other group intending to stay at beach and just need a place to crash. Heaters didn't work. Lightbulbs missing. Managing agents helpfull and attentive but as there were too many probs with the house to make it comfy, I moved out for my last night and went to a hotel. Not comfy for off season getaways.I definitely wouldn't book again. Unfortunately I booked months ahead. By the time of my stay the positives reviews on were replaced with ones more like my experience. Difficult situation to avoid if booking in advance ....

Lovely location but on main road so a bit noisy. Close to all amenities and beaches. Property is lovely but property manager need to update amenities and photos on website.

Just what was required for a few days in port on a fishing holiday. House very basic, but fine. No wifi - as the only concern. Would go again
