Light-filled home in holly Lake Ranch resort! 3 bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with 2 twin beds, and 1 with bunk beds w/ double on bottom and single on top). Living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with all modern appliances, fenced backyard.

The neighborhood feels woodsy & is shared with many deer! In Holly Lake Ranch, there is a community pool, hot tub, golf course, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, & basketball courts. Sports equipment including tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, putt putt eqipment, basketballs, etc. are available to use, free of charge, at activity center. Fishing gear rental available. Small putt-putt courses, hiking trails, &during spring break & summer, pedal boat, canoe &kayak rentals. Activity center w/small movie theater, ping pong tables, small arcade, board games, pool table & air hockey table. Restaurant in the neighborhood (karaoke and trivia nights are common on weekends).

Home away from Home

A nice three bedroom single family home with two full bathrooms. A functional eat-in kitchen with working appliances and bar seating. A nice surprise was the backyard deck and yard to use. We were able to grill, sit around the outdoor furniture and enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of shade from the hot sun. Overall, it was a good selection for our family weekend.

Great host!

Holly lake ranch is such a beautiful community! Deer everywhere, so much to do and beautiful views! Communication was perfect with the host, she was wonderful and kept us informed and answered all questions. House was great for a small friends getaway, beds were comfortable and location was perfect!

It was nice!

It was great but we were hardly there. My complaints would be the couch is tiny and was cover in dog hair and so was the coffee table, it wasn’t comfortable and didn’t have enough (comfortable) seating for us to relax. The master bed’s bottom sheet was covered in dog hair and water stains and I’m not sure if it was from the washing machine but the plumbing smell was very potent. It got the job done for us and was a nice home in a great area.

Weekend get away

We always love Holly Lake. Even now that our kids are 16 and 22. We got competitive over mini golf, broke toes and skinned knees over family volleyball, and painted rocks at the craft center. We spent our evenings playing poker on the back porch and eating dinner we made. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. The master shower was very nice.

Perfect long week-end trip!

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. End-to-end very pleasant and easy experience. Beautiful house with lots of art work and wonderful area around - huge pines, quiet neighborhood. The host is very nice, responsive and generous. Highly recommend! And will definitely try to come back.

Outstanding time with my grandsons, ages 11&12. Resort amenities were fun. Tennis, putt putt and conoeing. This home has a ping pong table in the garage. Great memories made here.

If you're looking for a different getaway experience this is a place to go. In order to get to the property you have to go through the guards which is a good thing because it insures safety. Nice, quiet, wooded area. The owner is very nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful, very quiet place with lots of nature

First, communication with the owner was outstanding and everything went smoothly. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days for a mini-honeymoon and loved the house as a quiet place to spend some time together after exploring the state parks in the area. We are both avid birders and nature enthusiasts, so the backyard was a wonderful place to enjoy the birds, deer, and stars at night. The house even had some fun bird artwork on the walls! The resort that the house is on has a lot of things to do if you don't feel like leaving and all the staff are friendly and helpful. There are even some trails to hike. The only downside to the location is a lack of good restaurants in the area, but there is a grocery store 15min away for making your own meals in the beautiful kitchen. If you want a good restaurant I recommend taking the 30 min trip to Mineola (Logan's Place is awesome) or Tyler.

Wonderful time.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it. We like the layout of the house and the fact no stairs to climb. Easy unloading our things we raise the garage door and bring everything through the back door. Very convenient to going to the pool, putt putt golf and shuffle board with our grandchildren. We saw plenty of deer as we traveled through the resort. The 19th hole restaurant is a great place to eat right there at the golf course this restaurant has such a good variety to choose from. That’s what really is so nice about this home it’s location is great for our family. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing get a way with the family.

We had an excellent get a way. Your home was beautiful & family friendly. The game room in the garage was perfect for everyone to hang out. The beds were comfortable for everyone. I enjoyed tending to your garden and having coffee on the front and back porch. One of these days we will retire there.

Holiday Break

We visit Holly Lake Ranch regularly to visit my parent. This rental was perfect for our needs - space for my family of 4. It was so well appointed we were also able to host the extended family for Christmas morning breakfast! Would rent again.
