Large holiday home for up to 10 people, 145 sqm over 3 floors, with 5 bedrooms, large living room with dining area and open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three free parking spaces directly at the house. Convenient location, very good bus and S-Bahn connection. Non smoking. No pets. WiFi available throughout the house.

The house is located in Berlin Lichterfelde in the Steglitz / Zehlendorf district. There are small and large shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house is ideal for two families. The Osdorfer Straße S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You only need 20 minutes to get to Potsdamer Platz without changing trains. Even without a car, the holiday home is easily accessible by public transport (S-Bahn, bus). Very good connection to the long-distance rail network Berlin Südkreuz. Potsdam is also very easy to reach.

Wonderful place

We loved the place because it was close to public transportation, food, Aldi, about 30 minutes away from Branburger Gate. It does have 3 levels of rooms, just FYI but all was good. Had a great time with family.

Great apartment, well kept with plenty of space for families. Close to S Bahn station and bus stops for ease in travel around Berlin if you don't have a car. Grocery stores and even and McDonalds are within easy walking distance. Christoph was easy to work with and accommodating. A great experience for our Berlin visit!

Family vacation

Fantastic property for a family or group of friends visiting Berlin. It offers so many different bedrooms and bathrooms that it really was a great spot. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and you're just minutes from grocery stores or public transportation. Couldn't have been more convenient.

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. We loved the location, easy walking distance from a number of restaurants, and businesses. The house was very large and comfortable. Multiple parking spaces which we found extremely convenient. Owner was responded quickly to any communication. We look forward to staying here if we ever find ourselves in Berlin again.

Great house, great neighborhood

We were there in June 2023 with 2 eldest daughters, one son-in-law and our 2 eldest granddaughters. We loved the house, it was so pretty and comfortable and we felt very much at home. Berlin is my husband's and my hometown, we were visiting family - one week was not long enough. We will definitely use this house again when we come back next time. Highly recommend this lovely place.

Das Haus ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, mit sehr gute Anbindung an das Straßenbahnnetzt und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe… Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass sowohl die Einrichtung, wie auch die Geräte hochwertig sind und alles vorhanden ist, was das Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Wir hätten uns nur ein paar mehr Geschirrtücher und Toilettenpapier gewünscht, denn bei so viele Menschen, diese auch benötigt wurden…aber es sind Kleinigkeiten…Alles in Einem, waren wir mit dem Haus zufrieden und wurden diese auch weiterempfehlen

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter Berlin . Le métro est pratique. N’hésitez pas à prendre l’abonnement et téléchargez l’application pour vous déplacer. La maison est fonctionnelle, tout y était :la cuisine était bien fournie et je mettrais un pour la propreté !

Ruhige Lage - komfortable Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngenend - die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso bietet ein Nahversorgungszentrum in der Nachbarschaft alles, was man zum Leben benötigt.
