Large holiday home for up to 10 people, 145 sqm over 3 floors, with 5 bedrooms, large living room with dining area and open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Three free parking spaces directly at the house. Convenient location, very good bus and S-Bahn connection. Non smoking. No pets. WiFi available throughout the house.

The house is located in Berlin Lichterfelde in the Steglitz / Zehlendorf district. There are small and large shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The house is ideal for two families. The Osdorfer Straße S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in a few minutes. You only need 20 minutes to get to Potsdamer Platz without changing trains. Even without a car, the holiday home is easily accessible by public transport (S-Bahn, bus). Very good connection to the long-distance rail network Berlin Südkreuz. Potsdam is also very easy to reach.

Quite expensive but a spacious and clean house. Entry was easy when we had located the alleyway to the front of the property. Great location in quiet area close to amenities and S-bahn. No usable outdoor area which is a shame but otherwise a perfect house for our large family break

A nice, roomy, comfortable and clean house with everything we needed for our week long visit. The only one downside was the inability to sit outside on the patio. I assume this is necessary to satisfy the neighbours but it's something to be aware of especially when the weather is nice.

Great apartment, well kept with plenty of space for families. Close to S Bahn station and bus stops for ease in travel around Berlin if you don't have a car. Grocery stores and even and McDonalds are within easy walking distance. Christoph was easy to work with and accommodating. A great experience for our Berlin visit!

Wonderful place

We loved the place because it was close to public transportation, food, Aldi, about 30 minutes away from Branburger Gate. It does have 3 levels of rooms, just FYI but all was good. Had a great time with family.

Family vacation

Fantastic property for a family or group of friends visiting Berlin. It offers so many different bedrooms and bathrooms that it really was a great spot. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and you're just minutes from grocery stores or public transportation. Couldn't have been more convenient.

Great location

My family and I stayed here for a week in July. We loved the location, easy walking distance from a number of restaurants, and businesses. The house was very large and comfortable. Multiple parking spaces which we found extremely convenient. Owner was responded quickly to any communication. We look forward to staying here if we ever find ourselves in Berlin again.

Great house, great neighborhood

We were there in June 2023 with 2 eldest daughters, one son-in-law and our 2 eldest granddaughters. We loved the house, it was so pretty and comfortable and we felt very much at home. Berlin is my husband's and my hometown, we were visiting family - one week was not long enough. We will definitely use this house again when we come back next time. Highly recommend this lovely place.

The house was very nice and in good condition, well kept and bright. We enjoyed Berlin very much.

Good house location in a lovely tree-lined residential area about 10 minutes to the S Bahn station. The showers were very good and the bathrooms were well appointed. There were however a number of disappointing aspects: No time was taken by the owner to show us around the house and how things worked eg dishwasher, front door locking or Lounge TV which we never got to work! We are a family of 4 adults, and told them this, but two children's single beds were made up. So those fitted sheets and duvets had to be moved by us. The quality of the bed pillows was absolutely rubbish - and only one pillow per bed - totally inadequate and no access to any more. We were left to work out how we should properly deal with / separate rubbish for the external bins and there were no spare black bags to replace those in the internal bins. Only two external garden seats were provided and no garden table. The owner did say that we should telephone him if we needed anything but we did not want nor did we think we should have to do this. We were also asked to strip beds and leave the bedding in the bathroom on leaving and do not think this was an appropriate request to make. We also feel that it would have been a nice gesture if some milk, perhaps a little bread and butter had been provided as a 'starter pack' for the guests after a days travelling before we got ourselves settled, unpacked and headed off to the nearest shop. If I were doing this I would be providing my guests with a local map / information pack of shops and restaurants to help guests settle in. Local shop [Aldi] and restaurants [ Italian and Chinese ] we tried were very nice.

Schone kamers en badkamers. Gemakkelijk en goed contact met de eigenaar over o.a. het inchecken. Parkeren is een klein beetje zoeken, plekje voor het huis is wat krap voor 2 auto’s maar wel te doen. Berlijn centrum is goed met OV te bereiken en op loopafstand van het huisje zitten een supermarkt, slijterij en bakkerij op loopafstand. Ook OV is met 5-7 minuten te voet te bereiken. Ruimte is groot genoeg voor 10 personen maar hou er rekening mee dat het wel wat gehorig kan zijn. Hier moet je met elkaar wel rekening mee houden. Overall een uitstekend weekje kunnen verblijven met oog op de marathon van Berlijn

Es war für uns erholsam, dass die Unterkunft nicht so zentral gelegen ist. Da man in Berlin eh meist für einen Weg 40 Minuten einplanen muss, war der Standort Steglitz gut, zumal wir in 7 Minuten zu Fuß an der Bahn waren.Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist super: Waschmaschine, Toaster und alles was man so braucht. Für zwei Familien oder eine größere Gruppe kannn ich die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus in Lichterfelde ist super und für unsere Bedürfnisse (Grosseltern plus Tochter plus 2 Enkelkinder) sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet.Sehr sauber!Ein Stuhl auf der Terrasse zum Ausruhen hat aber definitiv gefehlt.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Unterkunft mit drei Parkplätzen. Sehr sauber und einladend. Geringe Entfernung zur S-Bahn-Station (direkte Anbindung an Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor und Friedrichstraße) und Einkaufszentrum (Aldi, Edeka, Roßmann). Idealer Startpunkt zum Erkunden von Berlin, Potsdam und Umgebung . Uns hat es im Ferienhaus an nichts gefehlt. Konnten sogar früher als vereinbart ins Haus. Top Kommunikation. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Auch Supermärkte sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Gutes Haus mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Das Haus ist ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen, mit sehr gute Anbindung an das Straßenbahnnetzt und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe… Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass sowohl die Einrichtung, wie auch die Geräte hochwertig sind und alles vorhanden ist, was das Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Wir hätten uns nur ein paar mehr Geschirrtücher und Toilettenpapier gewünscht, denn bei so viele Menschen, diese auch benötigt wurden…aber es sind Kleinigkeiten…Alles in Einem, waren wir mit dem Haus zufrieden und wurden diese auch weiterempfehlen
