You will be having “1 Fine Day” at this home. Located at the foot of the bridge, the location couldn’t be any more perfect. This home offers oceanfront views, a private pool, and close proximity to lots of amenities Holden Beach has to offer. With a large fully stocked kitchen, cooking your favorite meals will be a breeze. The dining room has plenty of seating for showing off your cooking skills. Sit back and relax in the large living area overlooking the ocean. Need some fresh air? Take a step onto the oceanfront decks for beautiful views every way you look. The front deck has amazing views of the Holden Beach bridge. This spacious home offers four bedrooms. The lower-level oceanfront bedroom 1 is a master suite with a private bath. The upper level includes a sitting area with oceanfront views. Bedroom 2, a Queen bedroom with private bath. Bedroom 3 a Queen bedroom with a Jack & Jill Bath connected to bedroom 4 which is a double bed and bunk bed room. Upstairs also has an office closet perfect for our guests who work from home. Go play in the ocean with a short walk to the beach then come back to cool off in your own private pool with plenty of seating. Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor Hot/Cold shower. Then settle in for family game night! Walk to concerts, festivals, town park, ice cream shops, candy stores, and restaurants. The town park includes a splash pad, playground and covered pavilion. Book today! We can’t wait to have you!

POOL CLOSED November-March.

Bed linens provided (Bedrooms Only) For Weekly Rentals. No towels provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Paper Products such as paper towels and toilet paper not supplied. Make sure to bring dishwashing and laundry detergent.

Wonderful location, property, and time with family!!

We had a fantastic week at this property. There wasn't a bad view from both covered porches. The location was the best we've ever had and even though it was close to everything, we didn't hear loud noises or anything like that at night. We could walk to get coffee, slushes, and meals. We were even able to witness a sea turtle nest being excavated...it was incredible. The pool was such an added bonus for us this year and quite the nice break from the sand when we needed one.

Listing stated no pets but there was pet hair everywhere.

The location and the layout of the house is nice. There is only one tv in one of the bedrooms. The other 3 do not have a tv. There was pet hair all over the downstairs floor, rug and couches. The couches also had an odor of pets. Wish the owners would stick to the no pet policy listed in the details.

Lovely Spring Break Vacay

It was a beautiful home, very easy access to the beach. Pool was cold but we expected it at the time. Restaurants close to walking distance. We also rented bikes across the street to tour the island. The only wish list would be beach chairs/Umbrella on property and more comfortable chairs around the pool.

We absolutely loved the house and so enjoyed our stay 😁 The kitchen was so well stocked. Thank you !! The only drawback was the amount of traffic due to the location. But we looked past all that. Would stay again 👏👏👏
