Channel View is a very basic and affordable shack located on the Esplanade

The view of the bay is the first thing you see as you enter this quaint property. It ticks all the boxes at a very reasonable rate. Channel View is situated on the Esplanade, only moments from the Oyster Walk and water edge, with some of the best views over Coffin Bay.
Channel View has a combined kitchen/dining/lounge.

The external barbecue is at the rear of the property, and the front deck is perfect for the afternoon oysters and wine while watching the sunset.

Free WIFI available.

There is plenty of room for a tinny, although the driveway is steep with a dip on entry. Plenty of street parking is available.

Perfect Experience

I had with me a first time visitor to Australia. We both had an amazing time and waking him up to see the emus grazing was an experience he will not forget anytime soon and neither will I, seeing his face. We arrived late in the evening during autumn and the place was already warm. Highly recommend! Officially my go-to get away home.

You can’t beat the view from Chanel View

For views and location this property is unbeatable. We appreciate it is an affordable and basic shack however it could do with a really good clean. The state of the kettle was disgusting. We were not able to use at all. Cooling in other rooms other than the one front room would have been greatly appreciated.

Was very disappointed with how dirty the accommodation was. Fridge and floor hadn't been clean. A lot of glasses and plates in cupboards were dirty. Several of the glasses had cracks. The house had not had a descent clean in along time, lots of spider webs and the windows were filthy. Has potential to be a cute little shack in a great location. Yard was great, deck was lovely. BBQ was nice and new.

Beautiful view

A great place with everything you need, spectacular view and nice visits from the Emu’s. Easy walk along the ‘Oyster Walk’ to the two main restaurants. Highly recommend!
