We would like to be the first to welcome you to our little piece of paradise in North Myrtle Beach. Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bath two story penthouse is THE place to stay for luxury, convenience & ultimate relaxation. Our penthouse is in the perfect location to access all the many attractions that North Myrtle Beach has to offer & is less than 1 mile from Barefoot Landing!

Our unit is located on the 7th floor & is the 1st unit to the left as you exit the elevator for maximum convenience. We will provide you with an electronic key code to enter the penthouse so you won't have to go through a lengthy check in process & you will have flexibility in your check in & out times. There is also plenty of covered & non-covered parking provided.

As you enter the penthouse you will be in awe of the gorgeous spiral staircase & upscale furnishings. At over 2200 sq. ft. there is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out & relax.

We have an open living room/dining room combination. A 60" flat screen TV with Cable, DVD player & Firestick for streaming apps. Free WiFi is provided! We have a DVD library for you to enjoy with movies suitable for all ages. Toys, board games & cards will keep the young & young at heart occupied for hours in case of a rainy day. Sit down & enjoy a meal while looking out at the ocean in the dining room with comfortable seating for 8. There are unbelievable ocean views & comfortable seating on the balcony which spans the length of the penthouse & can be accessed from the living or dining room.

A media room which can also be used as a 4th bedroom is located on the main floor. It boasts a 50" flat screen TV with a queen sleeper sofa that has a brand new memory foam mattress!!

Our kitchen is equipped with granite countertops & extremely high end stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, microwave, stove, double oven, toaster & dishwasher. To help you get up & moving in the mornings we offer a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig so don't forget your K cups!! If you enjoy cooking we have a fully stocked kitchen with everything from a George Foreman grill, crock pot, baking sheets, blender & many utensils. We also have a selection of utensils just for children so they won't feel left out. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 that overlooks the ocean with a private balcony & bistro set, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. A half bath finishes off the main living area.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a true retreat. Our king size bed with luxury linens will have you enjoying a peaceful nights rest as soon as your head hits the pillow and you hear the sound of crashing waves. There is a double closet, sitting area & private bar with mini fridge. There is access to the balcony overlooking the ocean. A 60" flat screen TV with DVD player is also provided for your enjoyment. You will feel like you are stepping into a spa when you enter the adjoining master bathroom with an oversized jetted tub, separate tiled shower, & double vanity with marble counter tops. We have supplied plenty of towels & luxury soap, shampoo & lotion for your enjoyment. A washer & dryer is also available right outside the master bedroom for your convenience with a starter supply of detergent & dryer sheets.

The 1st guest bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with luxury mattress & linens, electric fireplace & 55" flat screen TV to make it a true private oasis. It also has a private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. You will wake up to beautiful sunrises over the ocean as this bedroom also has access to the balcony.

The 2nd guest bedroom also has a new luxury memory foam mattress with 600 TC linens. A 50" flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination & private balcony with bistro set make this bedroom a true private oasis.

Rainy day or too cold for the ocean? We have you covered with a heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub!! Sea Winds also has an oceanfront sundeck, designated grassy area with grills and direct access to the beach!!
