Property looked similar to how it was listed. The property was clean and the neighbors were all nice. We even say a family of Manatee come by a couple days in the canal! We had a couple minor issues and they came and fixed them right away.

The house is fantastic. Plenty of room for 5 adults. There are multiple gathering spots inside and out. The swimming pool, pool table and ping pong table got a lot of use. The host, Pam, was very helpful and responsive. Definitely would stay here again. (And we saw a manatee in the Chanel by the house!)

The place was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was neat and clean and we were supplied with just about everything we could need. We enjoyed the pool so much and after the first day it was just the right temperature for a relaxing swim. There were so many seating options and the ping pong, pool table, darts, etc were fun to have. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the canal was a positive addition to our stay. We wish we would have had fishing poles or bikes but had lots to do anyway. Marathon was a great location for our first visit to the Keys. My only negative was that I had a couple non urgent questions leading up to the trip that I sent messages about and never had responses.

Just steps to our boat

Enjoyed the house with pool and dock to keep out boat each day. Highly recommend. Kitchen is fully stocked and grill options as well.

Great Property

We had an excellent stay. The property easily accommodated the 5 of us. We had a few maintenance issues that were readily addressed by management. Also to my surprise we had a weekly cleaning service during our month stay included in the rental which was most welcome. The property is well equipped with plates..... and lots of storage space for our groceries.

Really enjoyed this property

There were a few issues, but the property management is 24 X 7 by phone and they were quick to deal with them. Beautiful home and area. Marathon is in the middle of the Keys so a perfect place to stay. The one negative was that there was a pool and hot tub, however it is not a true hot tub. It's a mildly warm pool and tub and bubbles last about 3 minutes before shutting down. So heated pool and hot tub is not what you would imagine. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful home.

Great house that needs a good cleaning.

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants by car as well as the ocean by boat. I would rate it a 4.5 star if it were clean. The first night we noticed that the bottoms of our feet were black from walking around inside the house. This was after we were in for the night and had taken showers. We also found years worth of dust on top of the refrigerator, in the slats of the pocket door on the master bath, on the window frames of the sunroom doors, and there was popcorn on the floor in the hall, we didn't have popcorn. (I have photos) So the next morning I called the management company about the floor turning our feet black, they said they would send the cleaning crew right over, but no one ever came. For the price of this rental, I expected to be able to walk barefoot inside the house after my shower. But again, with a good cleaning, this would be a great place.
